We have been a few times to Lisbon but this was by far the best hotel and location. The room was a deluxe suite which was very big. We had a coffee maker and a kettle plus the tea and coffee were topped up daily. The vibe in the hotel area with restaurants was great

The best city hotel we have ever stayed! Perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants. Very comfortable room and a delicious breakfast.
I can't say enough about the staff, they were all so helpful with restaurant recommendations, tips where to go, and booking us a ride to the airport.
We will definitely be back!

Fabulous team who gave a warm welcome, super helpful, attentive and evidently keen to make our stay as best as possible.
Excellent location in really nice area.
Loved that it was a small hotel which didn't compromise on service or offering and an authentic vibe.
Breakfast was more generous than had expected.
Nothing didn't like.
More than 1 bottle of water in the room would be good.

Centrally located, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beautiful historic sites of Lisbon.
Getting a little dated but the building and rooms are spacious and comfortable/clean.

When we checked in, we were met by a very friendly and helpful Receptionist. She gave us great recommendations on the area, transportation and places to eat. We were delighted to meet her again on check out. Clean and spacious accommodation, very comfortable.
Our room was near extraction units which were noisey particularly when the balcony window was open. Staff utility room close to the room we stayed in, alot of staff movement in this area.
Also breakfast time is 8am to 10am. No flexibility prior to 8am..... Breakfast area very small only two people can comfortably optain food from the service area due to space constraints.

Old and outdated building, windows doors didn’t close,
Awkward noise in the bathroom.
Really noise in the morning, since the breakfast place is really close to the rooms.
