Convenient location in Lisbon's Old Town. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. It may not be for everyone but we LOVED the stocked kitchen with amazing fresh local bread every morning to cook our own breakfast. LOVED! Wonderful conversations with Pedro, really enjoyed our interactions
While the location is very convenient, it is in a popular tourist part of town and it can be loud at night. Not the hotel's fault, just the reality of Lisbon.

Location—it was close to so many things, our room was a loft and we loved it, boutique style hotel, staff was wonderful and very willing to help, liked the kitchenette, central and walkable

Terrific location. Small, personal feeling with a warm welcome from Tanya. Comfy bed. Modern shower. The kitchenette with breakfast supplies and fresh bread and pastry delivered each morning worked very well for us.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. It was very quiet and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. The beds are very comfortable.

The Location was fantastic, staff so nice and helpful. Facilities good room very comfortable and the breakfast delivered each morning was very enjoyable.
The staff also helped with organising a tour for us!
All good . Only thing a bit different was the glass doors into the bathroom/toilet area. But you could shut a door before it for some privacy.

Only draw back is returning back to hotel one evening past 11pm and the street felt a lot less safe at that time. Homelessness is a sad problem in the city.

Great location. Unique way of serving breakfast (In Room - fruits and fresh breads), but not available until 8 am. Loved the healthy aspect. Room was great, large. Kitchen well appointed. Loved sitting at the table looking out of the french doors and enjoying good coffee (in room) and breakfast. Would stay here again.
All good. Earlier breakfast option would have been helpful one morning, but still had yogurt and fruit with bread from the previous day.
