- The room was cozy and spacious enough for three large suitcases.
- The location was perfect for strolling around Lisbon’s old town
- There’s a convenience store nearby and plenty of restaurants around
- I love how they provide kitchenware and some groceries for breakfast, such as skimmed milk, fruits, and eggs in the fridge. You can also find whatever you like at the nearby supermarket and enjoy your breakfast anytime you want

Absolutely love this apartment hotel!!! It was my second stay there, loved my room, the location, and the staff is WONDERFUL, helpful and fun!!!! You can have a coffee or wine in the lobby anytime! Can't beat the location, and it's in the flat area!!! I walked everywhere and the staff made great restaurant recommendations! 100% had a perfect stay❤️
This is so minor but they gave me too much bread every morning and I just ended up giving it to people who were in need!

Lots of nice touches, welcome drink, breakfast food provided in the fridge along with fresh bread at your door every morning. AC worked well, nice space. A handwritten note and Tshirt. Really nice people would love to stay here again.

Travelled with my brother and parents. We were having a lovely stay in Dare Lisbon House, great location, nice accommodation, clean and simple. wine, eggs, butter, oranges, granola, milk, jam, coffee pods left. 1 bread roll & 1 random pastry per person delivered. It was lovely to have the sitting space in the room. The bar isn't a full bar, it's wine which we were given for free, thank you. No other drinks available besides wine and water, I thought it was a full bar. Lots nearby.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly Pedro, thank you Pedro!
The major disappointment came when the blackout hit on Monday, we had checked out and left our bags there. When we realised airport was closed and our flight would be cancelled, we returned to ask could we stay the night as we had nowhere to go (travelling with 70 year old parents). The staff member said they have 2 free rooms and rang the manager to sort it. The manager said we could not stay because they couldn't give us room keys, although they could let us into the room themselves (we might need them to do this 2 or 3 times before we left, what about new check-ins?), because we couldnt pay (we said we would pay as soon as power was back) and because there was no hot water (we said we didn't care about that and just needed shelter). The manager had spoken and that was it. I said we had nowhere to go and were we meant to sleep on the street looking at my parents, they said they couldnt help. City in chaos. The man reluctantly made a phonecall and found another hotel we could go to and *try* (not book over the phone), a half an hour walk away with bags in the heat (no taxis or uber working). Disgusted with the lack of care shown to elderly guests, disgraceful. They just didnt care. We will never return. Other hotel (Portobay Marques) did everything they could to help, phenomenal customer service. To throw two elderly guests into the street when two rooms were free, absolutely unforgiveable.

The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, I showed them proof of my reservation but still they took hours to let me into my room. For that price that kind of prestation is unacceptable. Lots of positive comments for this hotel, but it’s probably when everything is normal so it’s easy to have a « nice staff ». If you truly need them for something they won’t be of any help so I can’t recommend this hotel. All their competitors during this big electricity shutdown were nice, my friends have been welcomed properly at other hotel and I got by far the worst experience

The entire team of the hotel is extremly friendly. In the beginning we have been informed very well about all the places we have to see with a map. The breakfast was in the room, which we really liked. The room was excellent, kitchen so clean, bathroom big. Everything is near to the hotel. The most sights we have reached by foot. We had a perfect stay in this hotel and can really recommend it.

The location was convenient. A 10 minute walk to tour pick ups, the river area, and shops. Beautifully renovated older building with many original details. The kitchen area was well-stocked for self-service breakfast. Reception made an appointment at Eco Massage, and This was one of the best massages I've had while traveling.
