We liked everything about this wonderful little hotel. From the moment we were welcomed by Tanya to sadly having to say goodbye to all the amazing staff, our experience was exceptional. Perfect breakfast arrangements, comfortable rooms with excellent beds. We will certainly come back of were e er in Lisbon and highly recommend it.

Hotel was centrally located near many local eateries. Easy to access locations and call for rides when needed.
The streets surrounding can be a little congested/ traffic heavy depending on the time. That's no fault of the hotel.

Comfortable bed and room. Great location. Nice big clean bathroom! Great housekeeping.
We needed more comforts, like an iron and an ironing board that worked! We loved the fresh bread but would prefer some variety on a 5-day stay. I would improve the safe by attaching it to the cupboard.

Convenient location in Lisbon's Old Town. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. It may not be for everyone but we LOVED the stocked kitchen with amazing fresh local bread every morning to cook our own breakfast. LOVED! While the location is very convenient, it is in a popular tourist part of town and it can be loud at night. Not the hotel's fault, just the reality of Lisbon.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. It was very quiet and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. The beds are very comfortable.
