Wonderful
Location is great, very close to green-line metro and the famous Tram 28 stop. Disadvantage is bit noise due to busy street.

Oddly, there wasn't a free outlet in the room, so you had to unplug one of the fixtures. Elevator was was slow, especially given the small size of the property.
