The size and location of the apartment was great. Beds and couches were comfortable. Staff was very close by and helpful when in need of anything.

Apartment is huge. 5 bedrooms. Was great for us and our kids and grandkids. Bedrooms were all large and kitchen and living room large. Nice big screen tv and lots of bathrooms. Perfect for the 8 of us.
Heating broken in 3 rooms so they supplied portable heaters which worked fine. Also 1 toilet leaking

The reception staff were very helpful, courteous and informative. Two persons accompanied us to show where to park and then explained everything about the apartment. The location of the flat was very central with easy access either by walking or by public transport to the city centre. The apartment is very spacious with two nice terraces. We were very happy to find a place with its own parking lot as otherwise it would have been very difficult to find parking slots in the vicinity. The reception staff were very kind in agreeing for us to leave the cars in the parking several hours after checkout time.
Some minor comments which do not change the overall positive impression of our stay. There was some unpleasant smell in one of the bathrooms. The sofa in the lounge area has served its time and is uncomfortable to sit on. There are too few sockets in the bedrooms (and some don't work) which means one needs to charge cameras, phones, etc in different places all over the flat if in a group of six persons.

The location is very nice, 1 street away from the main shopping avenue, there are restaurants and groceries nearby. The apartment is huge! it can even accommodate 10-15 people. The place is clean with complete amenities.
The water heater in the shower is very hard to mix, it's either too cold or too hot, sometimes it takes time for the water heater to work. Wi-fi is slow and doesn't work anymore when you are inside the rooms.

Easy check in at the reception of the hostel next door. They provide a walk through of the apartment. Location is off the busy street, the apartment was quiet and very clean. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Most tourist attractions will be a 15-30min walk away (or a short metro drive, the metro is pretty much across the street). High chair and baby crib were available. The apartment overall is very family friendly. The apartment has plenty of space and an appropriate kitchen for cooking.
The baby crib was weirdly set up in the middle of the hallway and did not fit through doors, so we needed to reassemble it to get it in the bedroom. Most commonly, the crib is placed in the primary bedroom.

A large apartment in a very nice area of Lisbon. Very roomy and comfortable for our group of 8 adults. The location was only a block from the Metro station making it easy to get anywhere in Lisbon including the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Many restaurants and bars nearby as well. Great spot!

The air conditioning was strong (one fore each room!), the space was large enough for our family of 10 and the rooms are, for the most part, off to one side of the apartment while the living room and kitchen were on the other side. The kitchen was ample and there were bonus rooms off the kitchen and living room. The location was nice because it was above most of the sights, so you could leave the apartment and walk downhill to all the fun things.
The elevator was fine, though you couldn't get everyone in at one time. Most of us took the stairs unless we were particularly worn out. I think you could get 3 people max?

Having good location and large room is really good.
After checking home they found some of our towel dirty and I said them it will gone probably after washing and charged 15 euro for each towel. I paid 45 euro for just towel! Then I learned those red dye coming from the my mum’s hair(which is newly dyed).

great location, convenient to everything you would need and good connection to metro or bus. not long to walk down to the main sites either. good size apartment for a big family. the staff is very helpful and accommodating when we had issues with the apartment facilities, they fixed it right away! we had a great stay.
there is a lot of noise that comes from people staying above you. you hear all the footsteps and movement, only really a bother when it is late at night and you need to sleep. so staying at the top floor probably better. some of the beds are also uneven so you sink a bit on one side, otherwise most were comfortable.

Loved the balconies, the comfort of the bedrooms, the blinds, the custard tarts. Good showers.
The lift broke the afternoon before we left and it was difficult bringing cases down 5 flights.

We had a very friendly welcome from reception staff and they explained all of the important stuff such as key deposits/apartment rules etc. The apartment was great, very spacious bedrooms and lovely living areas. The pastel de nata's were also a very tasty snack upon arrival! Great location, nearby to grocery shops and cafes, and the area felt very safe too! :)
The only (very minor) thing of note was that in some of the bathrooms the drains smelt giving a bad odour to the rooms, but opening the windows helped and this may be an issue with drainage in the building.

We loved how spacious the apartment was. Also, fantastic provisions for our baby, included a full baby bath tub. I loved the outside patio and view from it as well as from the bedroom.
Ceilings were low in one of the bedrooms and I kept hitting my head. The kitchen had a lot of appliances in it. While useful, it was a tight configuration to fit them in. I didn't like that they charged for coffee. We were only there a few days.
