The location was exceptional. We were able to get to all the attractions, either walking or through public transportation. Even using bolt, never more than $6-$7 euros. We also loved the hotel amenities and that everyone spoke English fluently.
The property was clean and service was above and beyond. Never had to request more than one time. Loved the sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of walking and site seeing.

Location - 5 minute walk from main shopping streets and squares. 5 minute walk from train station to Cascais or city metro in the other direction.
Friendly and helpful staff throughout.

First and foremost, the staff's friendliness and willingness.
