The staff was fantastic, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was great! The location is top, unbeatable!
Standard rooms are on the small range size, breakfast was a la carte which is great but service was a bit slow since the hotel was full.

Everything.....From the very start to the very end of our 3 night stay here our entire group could not fault any part of the experience and the staff and facilities were just outstanding. Would totally recommend this hotel whether you are in Lisbon for business or for pleasure.

We have stayed at many hotels in many European cities and this was the best experience we have had. We had 2 connecting rooms, which was great. The comfort and attention to detail (nightlights under the sink; amenities throughout) were lovely. Breakfast (included) was fantastic. The staff was amazing - we had a minor medical problem and they helped resolve it with total dedication. I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel deserves special mention. We would come back to Lisbon just to stay here again.

Breakfast was fresh, a selection of fruit, cheeses, meats and baked goods, and juices all delivered to the table with the option to order off the menu also. Staff very thoughtful, friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The location was excellent, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, museums and the timeout market!

But what makes this an outstanding hotel experience is the staff! They are truly exceptional. Warm, caring, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make you feel at home, provided truly personal and heartfelt service throughout our stay.
Special thanks to Amaral for making breakfast such a delight, to Anna for the wonderful, enriching city tour, and above all, heartfelt thanks to Andre, whose genuine care, warmth, and constant attention made our stay truly unforgettable.
The location is perfect - the hotel is close to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. It is just a short walk from great attractions and especially convenient for visiting the Time Out Market,
