Centrally located luxury hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and offered many special individualized services. For example room upgrades at no extra cost, reception staff escorting us to our room, delivery of port and a fruit basket on the first night, turn down service nightly with chocolates, free minibar. Breakfast is a combination buffet and ordering from a menu at no extra cost. Excellent concierge services.
Room prices a little on the high side.

I would rate my stay as 10/10. It was probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I am a frequent traveller who stayed at various luxury hotels around the world. The room was big. The bed was amazingly comfortable - the BEST hotel bed ever. The bathroom was beautiful with marble floors equipped with double sinks and a sensorial shower. I loved taking showers there daily. The corridor smells amazing. The room smells fantastic. There are snacks The room was also very quiet despite being in a very busy part of town. The breakfast was amazing (except for the grumpy waitress who took our order). The food selection was phenomenal and the quality was fantastic. The staff were amazing. Polite, professional and helpful. They also upgraded us to a bigger room which we were so so thankful as we just arrived after a long overnight flight from Canada. The hotel was also situated near the waterfront away from the busy streets. Beautiful location. We are so glad we picked this hotel and we cannot wait to return!
My only criticism would be that the spa is very small and could use an upgrade. The sauna and steam room is not very private.

Location could not have been better, walking distance to most historic sites, Ambiance, staff's helpfulness and courtesy, many extra amenities available and at no extra cost (Walking tours, cooking classes, wine tastings, cocktail hour to name a few)

The location was accessible to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was so helpful and considerate. The room was beautiful clean and comfortable. A. turn down service was provided and midnight snack. The hotel offered a happy hour each evening with small bites and colmplmenary activities such as walking tours and wine tastings. Upon departure, we were given a take away breakfast box. First class all the way!

This is our second time staying here, and we are already booking our next stay for December. The location is very central; all the restaurants, shops, and landmarks are in walking distance. The staff really makes this place exceptional! They all went above and beyond, making sure our stay was even more memorable than the last one. Some staff we want to highlight are Reginald from front desk, Christopher from the restaurant who fed us really well, Ana who is in charge of the walking tour, Ruben who was so kind and gracious to show us their new facility, Pedro from night shift at the desk taking care of our early morning taxi, and especially Nuno the guest service manager, and last but not least the housekeeping service who made sure our rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels everyday. This facility is second to none! They have so many activities everyday from wine tasting to walking tours to daily cocktails and even food and snacks 24/7. Thank you Corpo Santo Historical Hotel for making Lisbon our second home!

My wife and I have traveled the world. This was one of the top three hotels we have ever stayed at our life. The location was fantastic, staff was great, and breakfast was awesome. When we returned to Portugal, we will definitely stay here again again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk area has coffee/tea/water bottles at all times plus various snacks and baked goods available day and night. We had the option of several complimentary walking tours and evening activities like wine tasting and gin tasting. An amazing breakfast is included and served in a beautiful restaurant. They hooked us up with a wonderful private tour through Just Tour It and also gave us a wonderful restaurant suggestion. There is a relaxing downstairs lounge area, which we nicknamed the grotto, with several sofas and tables and chairs where we relaxed and brought cocktails from the bar at the end of the day. The room has an amazing bathtub with some type of system where you can unwind with select music and lights which was appreciated after miles of walking! Loved the quieter central location and proximity to the river. That helped us always find our way back.
