I stayed at this hotel for nine days while visiting Lisbon for a conference, and the time I spent here felt both warm and elegant.
Located in the Cais do Sodré area, the hotel has excellent access to transportation—buses, metro, trains, and ferries are all nearby. It was also very easy to walk to the beautiful Tagus River, which I visited almost every day.
What I will remember most about this hotel is the hospitality of the staff. The reception team, the concierge who led the walking tour, the breakfast staff, and the lobby staff all made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.
The complimentary walking tour and cocktail time offered by the hotel were also enjoyable and well organized.
If I have the chance to visit Lisbon again, I would definitely love to stay here again—next time with my family.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! They had appetizers waiting for us when we got in from a late flight, complimentary city tours (twice a day), complimentary afternoon drink with food pairing, complimentary mini bar, wonderful little spa, cool historical wall area in basement, an excellent made to order breakfast, complimentary room service midnight snacks and amazing customer service. We could not have asked for anything more. Excellent location as well!

The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfasts were ample and delicious and available over a long time period: from 7am to 11am. The dining room was excellent too. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. There were lots of complementary activities: twice daily walking tours; daily evening cocktails and snack; gin, port, white wine tastings etc. There were always some snacks in the lobby - and on each floor and often delivered to the room! The location was excellent for us - walking distance to the river and many historical areas. The basement is a unique space with some archaeological interest and a place to relax, do yoga or use gym equipment.
We didn’t have a car but I don’t believe there is a car park

The hotel is very well run with very attentive, friendly staff. The location is perfect with many of the famous Lisbon attractions within easy walking distance and the Cais do Sodre rail hub nearby for access to other areas of interest.
