Everything. Great location. Superb staff. Brilliant breakfast. They have free experiences at the hotel including walking tours, gin tasting, wine tasting and more. All these things just add to the hotel and what you get

location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping, and night life. breakfast was a plus we didn't expect a full sit down breakfast.

The location was good, staff were friendly, we enjoyed the free walking tours and happy hour. The free sweets in the foyer and on our floor was an added bonus.

The staff were exceptional and made the hotel feel genuinely welcoming. João at the front, André at reception and Lucas, who shared his knowledge of the hotel’s archaeology and history, particularly stood out. The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon, and the historical elements of the property gave it a character that went well beyond a typical hotel.

I couldn't fault this Hotel at all. The location, the staff , the food . Everything was fabulous. The staff are so nice and friendly. I felt like they knew you personally and went out of their way for you to feel comfortable. The lovely breakfast in the morning looking out at everyone going by, The rooms are spotless and spacous, and it is so quiet and peaceful. We never heard a thing. !!. They also had a lovely gift for us as it was our 20th Anniversary. It is walking distance to everything. We organised a tuk tuk tour with them also and it was top class. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The hotel was clean and welcoming, staff couldn’t do enough, there were lovely treats such as emergency ice cream in reception which was delicious. Perfectly located near the pink street, time out market and other restaurants and attractions.

Location, heritage property, staff and the daily activities including free walking tours, snacks, ice cream and cocktails in lobby.
Being on the tram line can be noisy and our aircon dripped onto the carpet.

The hotel is in a good location and we loved the free walking tours and free afternoon tastings of port and pastries organised by the hotel. The historical aspects of the hotel were a great bonus.
It is a shame there is no pool. The spa facilities were okay.
