Service was excellent and hotel outlets/restaurants served very good food. Breakfast was one of the best weve seen in a while. Shuttle to downtown Lisbon was a huge bonus. Nuno who drives the shuttle is always friendly, polite, and goes the extra mile. A simple cold water when boarding the mini bus on a hot summer day has a huge impact on! Keep it up!
Only once did we experience inattentive service in Restaurant Erva. It was one letdown on an otherwise great overall impression of the service quality.

Not much, it is not at all central, the elevators are a mess, the front desk staff pretend to be friendly but actually don't do anything. There was construction almost non stop in the room next door so we had to put up with three days of banging. This is a large corporate hotel for big tour groups. We were very disappointed. The only response from management was a copy and paste letter of apology which they probably send to every second guest.

Hotel itself, staff very helpful and friendly. Room very nice. Shuttle bus - Edgar very good.
Olivea restaurant for dinner, menu awful and time to wait between courses was way too long. Might be due to function in hotel, but hotel guests should have priority. Tried to get in another restaurant but no availability until really late.. No iron in the room had to ask for it but to be fair one was sent immediately.
