Explanation of how the room key/elevator works and an explanation of how the do not disturb signal works. The guest services concierge was so so, but the bell hops etc were very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Corinthia Hotel while visiting Lisbon. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the room was quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Even though it was a bit from the main tourist attractions, we had no challenges in taking Ubers to and from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a lovely, efficient comfortable hotel with a helpful and friendly guest service staff and valet staff. Clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet, the beds are comfortable, the shower pressure terrific and the a/c functions well. It has every convenience of a 5 star hotel
The hotel is essentially a corporate destination for those on Viking cruises with crowds arriving every couple of days at which point the restaurants fill, the lobby is bustling and the service, while adequate to good gets swamped. Dinner ? at food at Olivie is mediocre with waitress to match. Don’t bother with the onion soup which was terrible. The hotel is fine as a cruise meeting place but is not luxurious like others of its class. If you’re taking the Cruise bus, the out of the way location is not a problem, but if a tourist on your own you are a ways from anywhere you’ll like to be.

The hotel was beautiful inside. We were only there one night but Our king suite was very comfortable. Shower was excellent, bed was comfy, I liked the closet area and the robe and slippers. We also had a very nice dinner at the Japanese restaurant.
Breakfast selection was really nice but due to a very large Viking tour group we didn’t have time to enjoy it all because they pretty much took over the dining area, cutting in front of people. Also, I booked the hotel since it was closer to the airport as we had a morning flight. However, the hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle to the airport and we had a very hard time getting an uber to pick us up .

Amazing upscale hotel from the flowers when you walk in to the marble bathroom to the crisp linens on huge bed.
Took a second to learn the high tech elevators but super fast

This is a 5 star hotel everything was perfect, also having 3 amazing restaurants in the hotel is an extra bonus. They also have a free shuttle that takes you to the city center, it goes every half hour.
