Very Good
Suite was large and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very extensive and excellent but it was 15 euros pp. Staff were excellent and helpful. The price was very good for location.
Location was ok and near restaurants but I thought it would be closer to old town. It was a 25 minute walk to old town.

A spacious room with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Clean. Quiet street. Polite and helpful staff. Nearby is a metro station, a large supermarket, and several restaurants.

Very Good
Good breakfast. Beds were clean and comfortable. 2 bedroom apartment was quite roomy for our large family of five.
Location is very close to the metro and bus stations to connect to downtown Lisbon.
Although we didn't use it, the pool and patio area looks nice.
The hotel building overall is a little dated and can definitely benefit from a renovation.
There are no power outlets to charge your mobile devices. We had to unplug the lights.

Having a pool to cool down, free parking and proximity to airport.
AC in bedroom didn’t work as well as the one in living room. Odd steps at the pool, myself and others nearly fell. Both of things are fixable. We did go end of season so I’m sure it will be fixed.

Excellent staff. Great location. Lovely room.
The acoustics were awful.
First morning woken up by bin men at 5am.
Third morning woken by workmen drilling next to my room at 8am.
Worst of all the constant noise from upstairs neighbours. Woken at midnight fourth night by them shouting. Complained they did tone it down a little but still too noisey.

Convenience, had a pool and it was a suite
Not that I did not like anything, some things were just difficult to deal with but not a deal breaker for future stays. The hand soap in the bathroom is very hard to reach for short adults (me) and kids. The refrigerator door came off every time it was opened.

Got a sofa bed as option for a family, so we had to split who would sleep there. It was not comfortable for a vacation
The bathroom didn't have half of the glass, so water was spilling over during showering
3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditionner - not ideal
Lift took ages to get
Wifi was sometimes ok, but we had to be in a particular room

Elevator was taking like ages to get and was small. Breakfast was same every single day, but variety was enough
There was 3 in 1 shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Kids had to sleep on sofa bed.
Bathroom door was not closing properly and there was no lock

Staff was really nice, helpful. We loved the pool.
The room was a big disappointment! We had two beds and a pull out sofa. The sofa was horrible. Very squeaky, very thin mattress.

The bathroom had black mold. The faucet drenched everything our things got soaking wet when we were not careful. Same goes for the shower.
In the kitchen it was hard to get even lukewarm water from the faucet.
The room was really noisy! During the day the cleaners were slamming the doors really loudly every couple of minutes ( Our room was located next to the staff room ).
Also we could hear the elevator all the time (a very irritating high pitch noise).
Generally it was a clean place except for the black mold...

Good breakfast. Clean room.
Most importantly, the windows need to have a lock. My child opened them in a second, we were in the 5th floor, we had the fright of our lives!!!
Second, we had to pay extra for 1 child, even if in our room there were 2 queen beds and we could all have stayed there, without the extra space. We were there only to sleep.

Hotel was close to Plaça de Recaudores. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has the basic needs but nothing more. The kitchenette is well equipped and perfect for families. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable.
I would have rated it higher had the hotel had an adequately powered WiFi. Although they provided free WiFi the signal strength was weak for the 5th floor. Thus, checking email, using google search, or zoom meeting required us to go elsewhere. I would not stay here if you are traveling for business purposes. We did notify the staff but there was nothing they could do. For this reason we do not intend to stay again.

Nice setup. Drawers in the nightstand and clothes closet.
Paid for a suite with a kitchen. No utensils, such as a spatula. Area of the floor that had not been cleaned.
