Exceptional
Best beds we've slept in in 2 1/2 years in Portugal. And, the staff was so exceptional, I must applaud them. My 89 year old husband became disoriented and wandered away and the young women on the desk joined to me search for a half hour running from one end of the neighborhood to the other to ask if anyone had seen him. She was absolutely so wonderful, the hotel should give her an enormous raise. The breakfast and staff were wonderful as well. Just a totally excellent facility with the added bonus of free garage parking.

The most comfortable beds we've ever had in Portugal which is known for "firmness." Plus they actually make the beds up with a sheet as well as a duvet, so those of us too warm to use a duvet, have a sheet which is all we needed (2 of the 3 guests). Amazingly rare! Parking is just below in their own garage and free for guests. The staff is wonderful and offered a restaurant tip that was just perfect. Breakfast is included and quite decent. The pool looked great, but we didn't try it. I can't say enough about how large, well appointed and nice the suites were. Apartment size, not tiny hotel room size. I highly recommend it. We had a two bedroom, 2 bath, plus a one bedroom one bath for 5 of us and everyone loved it. Plus the airport is close by for our family returning home with flights at an ungodly hour.

Very Good
Central, big room, clean, and with good darkening shades for good sleep. Even centrally located, is not noisy. Nice underground parking, accesible with elevator from lobby.
Good breakfast but kitchen is undersized and does not manage well during rush hour, especially with many guests in hotel, refill for buffet is slow. Only 1 coffee machine, so there is long waiting time. Rooms are a bit dated, old furniture and carpet on the halls is stained, could be replaced. All in all a good stay.

Service and staff were excellent. Beautiful outdoor pool. Though we did not have the breakfast, it seemed very nice. We needed three beds and it worked out great being an open sofa bed in one open area and two beds in a separate room.
We heard a lot of noise from the street, almost throughout the night. We are light sleepers.
The only other thing was that itbis a bit far from many areas we wanted to see. We did walk a lot ..but took many UBERS.Lis

The breakfast was really nice, the staff were super helpful- going above and beyond! They helped me find a restaurant open with the food I looking for! Also supplied us with tape and scissors to fix a shoe! Everything felt fancy and there was tons of space
We had an early flight and the last night we were there the people above us(we were floor 7 of 8) were making noise until about 1am! The walls do seem a bit thin- didn’t bother us until the last night. Ear plugs were helpful! There were some small quirks, but the good far outweighed the bad

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet and had plenty of room, and the location was very close to one of the best parts of Lisbon. The rooms were clean. It was a very enjoyable stay.
One of the worst things about our stay was that there were no electrical outlets available by the beds and almost none in the entire suite that you could use without unplugging something else - these days you need your cellphone and it might need charging after a day of travel. Not having that was very inconvenient. We had an electric car and were looking to charge it and were told that there was car charging in the deck; both car chargers were out of service. Aside from that, the rooms were just a bit dated, but that was hardly a big issue.

Location walkable to city center, good breakfast, hotel has parking (included, in our case), large room. We traveled off-season and the price was reasonable.
Furnishings and fittings are somewhat aging, bathroom is not ergonomic (and the door had a cut-out louvered vent in it!), there was some dust in places but bedding was clean. Our personal parking experience was that our car was significantly stained with some ceiling leakage, so choose your spot carefully.

Hotel was close to Plaça de Recaudores. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has the basic needs but nothing more. The kitchenette is well equipped and perfect for families. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable.
I would have rated it higher had the hotel had an adequately powered WiFi. Although they provided free WiFi the signal strength was weak for the 5th floor. Thus, checking email, using google search, or zoom meeting required us to go elsewhere. I would not stay here if you are traveling for business purposes. We did notify the staff but there was nothing they could do. For this reason we do not intend to stay again.
