Everything was perfect and our apartment was on the 4th floor. Fernando greeted us warmly and provided us with a lot of good information. We loved the fruit bowl, being able to do a load of laundry, and the nespresso machine with a ton of coffee pods (although we broke the machine and a replacement came quickly). The apartment was beautiful and was perfect for our family of three. My daughter said the pullout couch was comfortable. The apartment has great natural light and we loved the building. Everything was very clean. Excellent staff and communication. The location was perfect and we would love to stay here again.

Excellent location, and the apartment was a beautiful vintage but modern rehab Ed apartment with a loft bedroom and a cute gorgeous balcony overlooking Lisbon and the castle. Comfortable and plentiful beds for our family of five. Joao was very communicative and helpful even before our trip began. Couldn't ask for a better location and housing in Lisbon. Amenities were great,including laundry..Cute windows , bathroom mirrors had built in TVs. Walking distance to all the main Lisbon points of interest and neighborhoods.
Main lounge thermostat and lower floor bedroom thermostat were not working when we arrived. Host was not sure why and it was quite cold, but turned out to be a simple fix. as the electrical panel had a tripped circuit breaker and turning it on got the heat working for the rest of the trip. Minor issue really. .

Everything was wonderful from being greeted by Elke to touring the area and being fed a sumptuous breakfast. The surroundings were very neat, clean and comfortable, the rooms open with private outside space available. We all felt very much at ease and welcomed there.
Nothing, at first I was a little concerned about our location, it is secluded but actually only a few minutes drive to town.

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to major sites and restaurants. Rooms were nice and quiet at night. Room was clean with maid service mid-stay. Hosts even provided coffee, bottled water and fresh fruit for our stay.
Stairwell could have used more light. Other than that perfect.

Ben, our host, was fantastic. We had already met him previously as we rented the week before at another apartment close by. The apartment beyond perfect. It was large, beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the water. The upstairs balcony was amazing.

Staff were very nice and provided a fruit basket for us upon arrival. The apartment was spacious and served our needs well. The location also worked well for us, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and some of the sights.
The second bedroom has drawer space but no place to hang clothes.

Wonderful apartment! Huge amount of space and location was ideal! Right outside taxi stand and in center of the happening neighborhood.
The service was phenomenal- we had to arrive two days early and they found us another apartment for our full stay. Truly excellent welcome and they dropped off a cake for my son’s birthday

I absolutely loved my stay at Chiado Trindade Apartments! The space was beautiful, and the customer service was 10/10—Fernando was especially kind and helpful, which made all the difference. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Chiado, with amazing restaurants, shops, and key sights just a short walk away. It really felt like the best of Lisbon was right outside my door.

Location was fantastic, the place was comfortable and the bathroom was quite large with an excellent shower and tub. Perfect for a family of 4. Our host was very responsive to our questions. We felt like we had everything we needed.
We struggled to get our clothes to dry in the washer/dryer. But the host was very quick to respond and patient with our questions. Ended up using a drying rack which was fine. Still nice to have that amenity.
