There was parking and the apartment was just right for a family of four. The host is very accommodating and provided excellent recommendations.
The dryer wasn’t working and one of the shower doors didn’t close all the way so leaked water on the floor.

Clean and spacious for our family of 3 in 2BR. We were allowed early check-in >5 hours for free. The host Luisa was super attentive with our queries about the apartment and also getting around and arranging tours for us

Wonderful
Large, clean apartment in a great location of the city. The fact that we were welcomed with fruit, water, and coffee was truly appreciated. Many places don’t offer anything. We enjoyed the ease of access in and out, not having to remember keys.
There was a sewer-like odor throughout the apartment which was distressing.

Fernando was amazing, very helpful and gave us a lot of information. The apartment is very clean, modern, comfortable beds, it has everything in the kitchen. Location is amazing. The parking is bonus.

The Chiado Mercy Apartments Lisbon Best Apartments certainly are! My husband and I had a fabulous 2 night stay in Apartment 2A (1 br/1 ba).
Our host Ben, contacted us after we landed in Lisbon. He met us at the apartment building so that we could park in the garage. Then he checked us into the apartment and explained how everything worked and sent us suggestions for restaurants and things to do.
The apartment is extremely clean, very comfortable and well furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The main road is very noisy but because the windows are soundproofed, we didn’t have any noise issues. Having parking included in the building garage is a bonus. We could easily just move into the apartment!
There are so many sights that are walkable from the apartment and there are excellent restaurants in the area. Communication was great from the initial booking until the checkout. I highly recommend staying at one of Lisbon Best Apartments!!

The location was excellent - walking distance to many restaurants and a very good grocery store. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bathroom was big with double sinks. The kitchen was well equipped. Although it was on a busy street the windows kept it very quiet.

Perfect welcome with excellent communications from booking right the way through our stay. Apartment was superb and the location perfect. Surprisingly quiet at night given it is so centrally located and on a tram and bus route.
Nothing I can think of - it's not the cheapest apartment but we're glad we spent the extra for this.

The apartment was spacious and even more lovely in person. We were greeted with a hostess fruit bowl and water in the refrigerator. The apartment looked newly renovated and had all the amenities you could want. The host Fernando was excellent. He was very thorough and provided great restaurant ideas. Would definitely recommend staying here.
