I booked the room incorrectly and the property was able to change my booking and get me a room without any issues. We have stayed in several apartments around over the last few years and this one is probably at the top of our list.
The only issue we had was that we knew nothing about Portugal and it was a bit humid for of liking but as soon as we returned to our room it was always comfortable.

Ben was our host. He gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and provided a very detailed explanation on how the appliances work in the apartment. He also sent us a list of recommendations around Lisbon. He was prompt to give me assistance and answer when I texted him with questions. The apartment location was great with lots of restaurants around and many main sites within 15 minutes walk from the property. Ben also upgraded us to a bigger apartment with no extra cost.
Since the property is located at a busy area and maybe because we checked in on a Friday, we could hear people talking loudly after party and police car siren on and off after mid night. It did quiet down the next night. It was not a big issue and it’s a safe area to stay.

1-Location. In the heart of the old city.
2-Sparkling clean facility
3-Laundry machine in the apartment with some laundry pods.
4-Quality toiletries, towels, sheets
5-Modern, well laid out apartment, perfect for a family of 4

7-Windows overlooking the beautiful street and the city
8-Beautiful kitchen with all dishes and dishwashing supplies
8-Fruit basket and 2 large bottles of water, was a very nice touch.
9-Monzur, the young gentleman that did our check in, great customer service, soft spoken guy, prompt to answer any questions or concerns. Check in was seamless. Access instructions easy to follow, never had an issue.
Nothing to dislike at all!
I would suggest they put a couple more pods for the laundry machine.

The location was wonderful, the place was so clean, modern and comfortable. Our host, Ben, was so helpful with a list of activities and we arrived in my son’s birthday and he surprised us with a DELICIOUS gourmet red velvet birthday cake and candles. Above and beyond.

Our stay here was amazing on every level. The location was perfect — close to shops, bars, and restaurants, with everything easily accessible on foot. The apartment was spacious and ideal for our family of five. Ben from Chiado Mercy went above and beyond to accommodate us and was always attentive and helpful. I highly recommend staying at this property when visiting Lisbon!

Location was good, apartment was clean. One of the rooms the doors and windows would not open because the bed was too big, that may be a fire hazard. Other than that it was good, bed was fine too.
I would have liked a couple extra towels.
