Lovely refurbished apartment in a really central location. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for family of four. Had everything you’d need for a city break. Tram outside the door, a few minutes walk to the Metro, walkable to many tourist sites. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Must also mention JP who gave us lots of information about local attractions. And thank you to the very kind Lisbon best staff for leaving us a birthday cake adding to our celebrations in Lisbon.

BEST location, very roomy, modern. GREAT bathroom with heated floors and huge shower, TV in the bathroom mirror!!!
Everything was very comfortable and nice. ELEVATOR was big, for Europe.

Would definitely stay here again if in Lisbon. Location was at the start of the best TRAM lines. Easy to take UBER or BOLT to the mall, or even ride the TRAM there.
a couple of small issues with washer/dryer and TV reception in the bedroom. Both issues were fixed very quickly!

Though we were met by someone at check in, it felt hurried and rushed. No one available later to answer questions or provide assistance.
Need to offer someone to answer questions. Location is noisy at night as the “bar/club” area is right behind hotel.

The apartment was very clean and nice. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The host was very helpful and met us to check in and even sent us dinner recommendations and grocery stores around. Loved having the keyless entry.

Fantastic check-in process with LBA staff, Fernando and Yuran greeting us and helping us with the luggage and park the car. Location is fantastic! Walking distance to Baixa Chiado station and tram stop. Beautiful view to the Christmas festivities happening outside the apartment building
Lights in the en-suite bathroom come in different colors, one in warm white and another in cool white, which is quite distracting. It doesn’t give a calming feeling in the bathroom

We loved the room. It was clean, spacious for our family of 4, and had every amenity you could need. Fernando and the team itself were extremely informative, helpful, and quick to respond. When we return to Lisbon, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Central location. The square is loud but the apartment is very quiet with the doors closed. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great coffee and pastry shops. Laundry is also a bonus
Would be nice to have a little more storage but the apartment is very spacious to accommodate suitcases in living room area

The location is wonderful, on the square, with restaurants very close by and also right on the trolley line. Our host, Fernando, was just wonderful. He met us there, gave us a complete rundown of the apartment, and answered all our texts immediately. He couldn’t have been any more responsive or helpful. The apartment itself was clean and well stocked. Even though it was on a noisy square, the heavy windows and wooden door shutters made it very quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.
I really can’t think of anything. I was a bit nervous securing an apartment in a foreign city through booking.com, but everything turned out wonderful.
