This was a really wonderful find! We were in Lisbon for the Taylor Swift concert and it was BUSY! I was so happy I had booked this accommodation last year already but needed flexibility to add another night. No problem - they were just great communicators. They organized the transfer from the airport (and back!) - seamless with really nice drivers. The apartment itself was gorgeous with everything considered. It was in the Chiado which is super busy at night also but we didnt hear a thing. A little oasis in the centre of the city. I cannot recommend highly enough. The hosts were superb, the accomodation is beautiful and little touches like making up the sofa bed so my daughters could have their own space without even asking was a really nice touch! I also absolutely loved the fact we only had codes to enter and leave the building and apartment - no stress on number of keys, handovers etc. Also nice to have a list of recommendations and tours if you have time (in our case we will definitely be back as the one negative is we didnt have enough time!!)
We loved absolutely everything except that wifi went out for 24 hours - BUT this was the entire neighborhood due to a fibre break - we even saw the guys working on it so not a thing they could do!! I was secretly happy as it got my daughters off late night netflix!!

The apartment is located centrally to most things you want to see in Lisbon. The vibe in the area is great and felt safe. Lots of food and shopping options close by.
The facilities were second to none and the view from the balcony over the public square was beautiful. Check in was a breeze, with really friendly staff making us feel welcome.

This was a spacious apartment in a great location. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, good showers, and comfortable couch/living area. We had a bunch of oranges and I was pleasantly surprised to find an electric citrus juicer. I was confused and excited about the TV in the mirror in the bathroom.

Very comfortable and well equipped. High quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. Bed excellent and the sofa bed was the most comfortable I have ever used. Location excellent, on a busy square with trams and always lots going on to watch from the little balcony, but almost silent when the window was shut. Great restaurant, Stasha, around 10 metres from the door. One of the best apartments we have stayed in, and would return if we ever visit Lisbon again.

What a brilliant location. Superb inside with a lovely main room with sofa ( into a bed for night), kitchenette including a washing machine and gorgeous marble bathroom.
