Wonderful
I was looking for a good location and simple place. The whole hotel smells good and the shared toilets were very clean. Not the cheapest one but worthy as it is very close to public transportation.
The single room is small but honestly, you don't miss anything. Mine didn't had a window view but hotel for me is just for rest nothing else.

Desk staff downstairs are very supportive and helpful. He encouraged me to take the metro (underground), he described it, and it was EASY! I also took the trolley #28 he recommended, very fun tour of the old town, and picked me up at the cemetery. Snacks/drinks were always available, and the room is lovely. Happy to stay again. ??
It’s not central to everything in Lisbon, but it’s directly across the street from the Metro.

Extremely kind and helpful staff who seem to genuinely enjoy meeting their guests. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast buffet was great. The location is good and very close to a Metro station and many excellent restaurants.
Some street noise but it was very quiet during sleeping hours.

Access to lodging from tram is very easy. Welcoming us were several polite gentlemen - giving us a tour of the property. The Vila was VERY clean and well cared for. Although some may not sharing a bathroom - THIS property was exceptional in managing the cleanliness and the availability of several on one floor. Very quiet overall - coffees and water available 24 hrs aa well as fruit and baked goods. We recieved very good information about the surrounding areas. Overall a wonderful surprise for a shared guesthouse - breakfast was wonderful with nice sitting rooms; laundry and shared kitchen and patio areas
If you may have e difficulties with stairs - I wouldn't reccomend

We had a hard night with my daughter not sleeping and had a sore throat after 20 hours of travel time and all the hosts were so kind. They asked me about how I was doing and they helped with everything I asked about whether a makeshift popcicle container or breakfast or the nearest places for medicine/hospital. They all really cared about us and I felt that. It was good for my heart.

Very good, spacious room. The shared bathrooms were impeccably clean all the time. The breakfast was very good. The location can’t be better - it’s just one step away from Sladannha metro station.

The most beautiful & charming breakfast in the mornings. You can dine on pastel de nata with your coffee next to windows with flowers in them, overlooking the street, alongside other friendly guests at cozy tables. The rooms are compact and small but have everything you need for a short low-budget stay-- even electric fans, very helpful in the heat! The bathrooms are very clean also. And it's right near the Banksy Museum!

Right across the street from the Saldanha Metro station. Lots of cute little patio bars and restaurants nearby. It was very easy to access the accommodations from the airport via the metro. Beautiful building. Patio was such a nice add, and we were glad we paid the difference. There is a cooking area and living room area on each floor. The breakfast was fantastic. There are coffee, tea, pastries, and fruit available all day.
Bed was a bit hard for our taste. There was a lot of noise from the street outside, but to be fair, it is in the center of a bustling city that is very active.

Great location by metro line. Good breakfast, with 24/7 cookies&coffee.
Misleading Google maps representation. They list it as a 3-star hotel with approval rating 4.7, but it's missing what you'd expect. No private toilets/showers, just room down the hall to share. I've not seen a 3-star hotel without private toilets in years. Google says kitchen in every room, but in fact it's a kitchen and common room down the hall for all to share.

Super pleased with our stay! The rooms were very clean, with great decor, and the bathrooms were really clean as well. Breakfast was also great- we got ours in boxes because we had to leave early and staff were more than accommodating and kind.
The rooms could use better sound proofing as the comings and goings from the bathrooms were really loud.

nice room, nice place, nice staff. breakfast very good. People friendly, location also really convenient.
I was surprised I did not have a bathroom but that there was a shared bathroom, which also was quite often occupied and multiple times without hot water. Should probably have looked more closely to the offer.
