My stay here exceed my expectations, I would 100% recommend! All the front desk staff were so lovely but in particular shoutout to Cyrill who upon checking in, helped with lots of info about Lisbon and even upgraded my room when he found out I was staying for my birthday! The hotel and room was amazing, I even got a balcony view was was stunning! Stay here for amazing service, great central location, super comfy beds and great rooms.

It's a very pleasant hotel, with some historic aspects but modern rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

Boutique is build just in the middle of everything. It's a high ceiling, nicely renovated old house. It has about 30 rooms, my room was just perfect, very nice bed, comfotable place to work with laptop, and a spacy bathroom. It's absolutely great value for the money. People are very friendly and open to your questions. They suggested a restaurant close by, which was really top, and because I had to work on my laptop they had a free upgrade, just because it was possible...

Welcoming and very helpful staffs, nice and clean room , lovely breakfast. We got our room upgraded to suite thanks to the staff and they also helped us with early checkin upon request. Their stroller service was very helpful with kids transport. They provide map and gave a great suggestions on places to visit.

The staff (Facundo, Carlos and Cyril) were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon too - close to the Elavators that went to Alfama and down to Baixa.
