Wonderful
I liked the room and cleaness of it. bed was comfortable and it was possible to choose the pillow. there was balcony in the room. I was at the room facing street, so it was a little noise and from time to time at night there were some bumps of the bed, which were a little scary, I am not sure what it was a metro or tram passing by. Location is convenient close to the city center, restaurants and shops, I liked it a lot.
I didn't like breakfast at all, hot opinion was just one, the same for cheese option, I would expect more variety for 4* hotel, next time I would choose cafe nearby for the same price.

The location is close to the main points of attraction, the hotel is spotless clean, rooms are nicely decorated, very comfortable bad and pillows, I just felt amazing during my stay. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and ready to help in case you need something. I definitely recommend it!

The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to help my husband and I. I am in a wheelchair and needed a little extra help. The room was also very nice, clean and accessible. Breakfast was outstanding.
We'd stay here again.
The location is great for public transport and walking. The hotel sits on a large steep hill (like most places in Lisboa) but the causes the entry to the hotel on a corrected slant. I was only able to enter through the bar entry and that was a challenge. I would say the entry is not wheelchair accessible.

The location was good for central Lisbon although there was a bit of a hill to get to it from whichever direction you took. Breakfast was fine and the team put together a pack for the last day as we were leaving early. They catered very well for my gluten intolerance too. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing the hotel can control.
