The hotel is located very close only 2 mins walk to Ciado and Baixa area and vedy close to lota of shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel.staff are very kind and friendly. The hotel.is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Great location and wonderful room. Very comfortable and bigger than I anticipated for the price during Lisbon’s high season. Checking in was easy and the staff were fantastic.

Well located at the edge of Baixa, but not in the midst of the mess. It's on a quiet street, though hilly, and the hotel is almost at the top of the hill, so you have to climb a bit to get there. Room is very practical, everything works great (bathroom, room fridge, bed is very comfortable, curtains are very dark).
The rooms are very small, aside from the bed there's very little space otherwise. Don't plan to spend a lot of time inside the room. The hill is a minor nuisance, but that's life in Lisbon, so not much avoiding it.

Wonderful
We stayed in the family suite and it was beautiful! Comfy beds, nice shower facilities, great air conditioning, lounge area with somewhere to fill our water bottles for free, and a great location close to everything but far enough away it was quiet.
Can’t think of anything worth noting.

The staff was excellent. Cyril, Tania, Facundo were very helpful and made our stay so comfortable. They are also so full of knowledge about the hotel, the history, the locations around the hotel. Thank you so much!
Our only complaint is that although we had an excellent suite, 101, the view outside the window was not good. It looked into the other apartments with people half dressed.
A higher floor overlooking the road or rooftops would have been preferred.

Great location, really nice rooms, the day shift and night shift (Cyril) guys were the best. Both very friendly, easy going, super helpful and knowledgeable!
I can’t wait to go back and have some friends coming in September and I have recommended your hotel.
Everyone working there went above and beyond.
It will be my go to Hotel in Lisbon every time.

the room has been mainly clean.

1.Breakfast.
was not tasty, with very few options.
that's not good enough.
2.The room was very small, and after 1 day there was a leak of water from the upper floor.
after I called the hotel service, i got a different room, on the third floor.
which was better (without water leaking from the upper floor), and bigger than the previous one.

Amazing stay! The location is perfect, the rooms were super clean, the bed was really comfortable, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Facundo (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly!), who gave us such a warm welcome and even gave us a map with tips and recommendations for the area. It was so helpful and made our stay even better. Everything was perfect. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!
