Excellent breakfast. Very competent and welcoming Reception from Erica. Everything at hand... Carefully thought out. Would suggest for the en- suite WC, that a sound proofed roof covering is installed. Whatever happened to bath robes.? Otherwise, very good and calm.

Superb stay from start to end! we arrived late but hosts assisted in own time, room lovely very clean, well equipped and comfortable Cleaned daily - boutique breakfast and lovely welcome to Lisbon. Great location for exploring highly recommended

Location was good away from the main hustle and bustle. There were limited rooms in the complex which meant less chance of noise.
It felt quite cosy and not impersonal like large hotels. Rooms were clean, the decor was fresh and modern. Good qualities shower in the room. Fresh clean bedding daily.
Our room was small, it was right next to the dining room which meant we were disturbed early hours when setting up and when guests went in early to eat. The food was laid out early so was slightly stale for the later guests and was quite basic in choice.
There was a rug in the room that was a slipping hazard it would have been better to have smaller rug by wash side of the bed as we couldnt move ours as it went under the bed.

Excellent value, nice staff, clean and comfortable. Location pretty good, nice restaurants nearby.
Our key code ran out a day early. We couldn't get in but after a phone call at 10.30 pm this was quickly remedied by the staff.

We stay at the Castillo house when we are in Lisbon IF we can get a room here. It's in a great location, has a friendly staff, a nice little breakfast is provided, and it is economical.
It's usually booked up.

Clean and comfortable room, great location, very good breakfast, fast internet connection, super polite and helpful staff.
