Very nice tasteful apartment. Opposite the Parliament House, large bed.
Air con was good but dripped a little in the lounge. Shower could have done with a non slip mat. Water temperature needs turning down as runs too hot.

We loved the private patio outside our room. The staff was so helpful, and also booked us an early morning taxi. Public transportation options were good from the location, which was across the road from the Parliament building. Having the coffee maker out in the hall was a little different!

Extremely spacey and nice apartment. Room for up to 7 people, and the location is very nice, right outside of the parlament building.
It would be appreciated with the possibility of having separate blankets on the beds.

Casas de São Bento is a beautiful small hotel in a quiet part of Lisbon. We loved our room. It was small but soundproof, dark at night, had no street noise, had good water pressure in the shower and a very comfortable mattress. The location was out of the main tourist area, but still only a 15-minute walk to the Praça do Camoes, the central plaza for tour meetups and great food options.
The bus stop right around the corner got us to most of where we wanted to go beyond walking distance (like the Belém area), and it's right on the popular Tram 28E line. We took the metro from the airport, and that was also pretty easy (a 30 min ride with one train switch, then a 10 min all-downhill walk). We took a Bolt back to the airport for about 11 Euros.
There was also a delicious little cafe right around the corner that the receptionist recommended, São, where we ended up eating breakfast or lunch daily. The decor was very tasteful, and we liked the historic aspects of the building. There was also a self-serve coffee and tea mini kitchen in the lobby for guests. Overall, an excellent stay at a fair price in Lisbon!

Location is excellent, very convenient, lots of restaurants in the vicinity and easy to get around. Apartment was quite spacious.
Was staying in a first floor apartment, and there was a strong moldy smell. Probably upstairs apartments would be better.

The room and view were absolutely fantastic. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful.
It was a bit tough to find, and the other folks staying in the apartment part were really loud. But that certainly wasn't the fault of the facility. Hands down I would highly recommend the place and hope to go back!

The three bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and we loved the location!
The apartment hallway lights are turned on automatically via motion sensor and there is no way to turn them off. You can hear upstairs neighbors, however with a period building this is be expected. Nothing earplugs couldn’t address when trying to sleep.

This place is an excellent location. Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean, staff was great, really cozy and right in the middle of a great neighborhood, which we loved! Would highly recommend and definitely will stay again. Restaurants, parks, shopping, and attractions all within walking distance.
Would have liked to have some face clothes in the bathroom.

Lovely area. Spacious room! Outdoor space is nice but we didn’t have time to use it. Receptionist is very nice. Good towels. Comfy bed. Easy parking.
The room was spotless - and it reeked overwhelmingly of strong cleaning fluids. I suggest using gentler unscented products. One other small thing is that we could hear the receptionist talking very loudly on FaceTime/speaker phone on what sounded like a personal call - we could hear the whole thing from inside our room which was way down the hall. It was afternoon so not late, but if someone was trying to nap, good luck.
