Location is excellent, very convenient, lots of restaurants in the vicinity and easy to get around. Apartment was quite spacious.
Was staying in a first floor apartment, and there was a strong moldy smell. Probably upstairs apartments would be better.

The room and view were absolutely fantastic. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful.
It was a bit tough to find, and the other folks staying in the apartment part were really loud. But that certainly wasn't the fault of the facility. Hands down I would highly recommend the place and hope to go back!

The three bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and we loved the location!
The apartment hallway lights are turned on automatically via motion sensor and there is no way to turn them off. You can hear upstairs neighbors, however with a period building this is be expected. Nothing earplugs couldn’t address when trying to sleep.

Lovely area. Spacious room! Outdoor space is nice but we didn’t have time to use it. Receptionist is very nice. Good towels. Comfy bed. Easy parking.
The room was spotless - and it reeked overwhelmingly of strong cleaning fluids. I suggest using gentler unscented products. One other small thing is that we could hear the receptionist talking very loudly on FaceTime/speaker phone on what sounded like a personal call - we could hear the whole thing from inside our room which was way down the hall. It was afternoon so not late, but if someone was trying to nap, good luck.

This place is an excellent location. Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean, staff was great, really cozy and right in the middle of a great neighborhood, which we loved! Would highly recommend and definitely will stay again. Restaurants, parks, shopping, and attractions all within walking distance.
Would have liked to have some face clothes in the bathroom.

Apt São Bento II: Lovely, spacious, quiet, well appointed apartment. Safe location, close to nice restaurants, 1/2 block from Tram 28, away from heavily trafficked areas, yet convenient. Attentive staff.

The only issue was some noise from the upstairs neighbours at night and early in the morning (sounded like a child running around) but it was not a big problem, and not the fault of the property.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and well located. Rooms were quiet and had all available comforts including kitchen area. Hotel is close to restaurants and city center and easily accessible by different modes of transportation including Uber and trams.

Wonderful location, directly from the parliament building. Great vintage and completely remodeled flat. Quiet, excellent noise blocking windows. Very comfortable bed, super clean bathroom. Pastries and port were a lovely welcome touch.

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, art, comfortable furniture close to historic government buildings. There were numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The host was welcoming and accommodated our luggage before the apartment was available.

It was a beautiful apartment. Very clean and in a beautiful building. Also in a great location. I would highly recommend it. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quite roomy with a very nice kitchen.
We loved everything about it. We had a little issue with the air conditioner in the living room area, but we were able to keep in touch with the front desk regarding it.
