Great room with beautiful view. Great shower. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast
The building is on top of the hill ane the property does not have elevators. We didn’t feel that this affected our stay and would love to come back. It’s still walkable. The region has great restaurants nearby and taxis/ubers are cheap. The hotel helped us with our bags.

Good location, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Smaller than expected, pictures didn’t reflect actual. Street noise at night and construction noise during the day. Need a refresh on some of the towels.

Great location, about 15 min walk to Rossio with lots of local restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Comfortable stay though place space slightly older than featured. The backyard seating area is nice, great to have their free coffee or tea and just rest up.
Staffs are nice and helpful.
Walls can be a bit thin. Main issue is the stairs as there's no elevator so I had to ask for help moving my suitcases up and down which I received. Just as an fyi for any visitors who can not climb.

Cesar was able to move us to another Shiado hotel which was much more acceptable. He was very understanding about our dislike of the hotel. He called and transferred our reservation to the Tesouro do Baixa, and called an Uber ride to take us there (we were not charged for the ride).
Upon entering the building there was no lobby. A maid happened to be there and told us to go up the stairs to the office. There were no signs and it did not appear to be a hotel or guesthouse. There is no elevator/lift, so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to see the room. It was a shock. We prepaid $1,250 for 4 nights in this ancient place, and I told Cesar we could not stay there. The room was tiny, the hotel is very old and dark, perhaps an old apartment building? The breakfast room badly needs new flooring and furniture. It was all very depressing. I am still shocked they asked over $300 per night for such an unsightly place! The photos on Booking.com are Nothing like the actual rooms! This is not a hotel, hardly can be called a "guesthouse". The reviews on booking.com could not possibly be for the Jasmim. It was very misleading and unthinkable to pay over $300 per night! I took no photos of the place, it was all so unpleasant.

The breakfast was a fresh smorgasbord. Lots of hot and cold options.
The staff all knew my name by the next day.
The air conditioning was a godsend.
The electrical outlets by the bed did not "grab" my plugs and they fell out. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Jasmin. Not only was it clean; the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond. They carried our luggage up three flights of stairs and prepared breakfast for us two days in a row because we had to leave early. Also, they will help you if you have any questions about the city and day trips. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Lisbon.

First of all the staff was amazing. They were very helpful of any of your request. The hotel located in an amazing area. You can find anyrhing you want around the hotel. From airport to hotel Uner costs around 7 €. Room is very big enough and very clean. Beds and pillows gorgeous. Yıu can stay here without hesitation.

Historical building but some items in the room could be refreshed, better lighting helps too. Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast.
Littlr things, worn carpet, oldish furniture, etc. But it was all functional, it just looks old and doesn't help with the overall look of the place.

Surprisingly great! From the outside it looks like any old well kept Lisbon building, but step inside for a pampered hotel experience! Nice, charming, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and one of the best breakfast’s I’ve had in a hotel in a while

Amazing breakfast buffet every morning, like a good Sunday brunch, it changed daily. They make everything there with produce from their organic farm. Lots of good coffee as well! The large breakfast started us off on our daily adventures with no need to eat again until late afternoon.
The property is in a great neighborhood, Principe Real. Very safe and quiet but still close to Alto, Chiado, and Baxia which are vibrant, noisy, late-night districts. We loved the small park a block from our guest house and would spend time there daily for drinks, a snack, live music and shopping with the local vendors with locally made goods.
No elevator, but we were on the ground floor so did not matter to us.
