The staff made our stay wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, they had a great breakfast with treats available, and the location was perfect for getting places.
Note that there is no elevator and ubers/taxis do not pick up in front of the place, you must walk to get one.

The location was ideal, very near to the historic city center, but also very quiet.
The cleanliness and comfort of the room was great, and the overall service was exceptional, breakfast included.

The Staff are most attentive - and Priscilla at front desk was super helpful and supportive! Such a kind heart!
Hotel’s breakfast is really good - variety and taste and freshness. Hotel location and cleanness is good, and affordable.
This being in the historic old town area, the building is old and hotel rooms were on the small side.

The hotel was just what I wanted. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and I met many fellow travelers in the comfort of the breakfast room. The food was amazing. The location was an easy walk- yes Lisbon has hills- to the river, train station, restaurants. I liked that the hotel is on a traffic controlled street so walking in the area had limited cars.
While I loved my upstairs room it had eves so lost some living space. The room was big enough I learned to avoid hitting my head. I think there are only a couple of rooms with these dormers( eves) which might have been limited space for a couple.

location is sweet and the space itself is beautiful. My room was gorgeous and it was a quiet space for the area. Good breakfast.
The mechanism of opening of the front door was not explained to me properly by the staff who checked me in, and I ended up needing to call the emergency number, which was difficult because they were not on whatsapp. Fortunately, that staff came quickly.

We loved this hotel! Great location. Comfortable beds and really good pillows and great air conditioning. Staff was so nice and helpful. Good breakfast options. We would stay here again and would like to check out their other hotels when in our next adventure.

The property itself is lovely, being that it’s comfy and has a quality location. Quiet,safe, and walkable. Breakfast is excellent. What ruined the entire experience for me was the staff member receptionist named Denise, who lost her cool and yelled at me not letting me get a word in at all, when I was finishing packing. This was AFTER text messages and conversation in person with manager about doing late check out and knowing I was behind but doing my best. I even opened the door so housekeeping could start cleaning while I finished. I was trying to take my things out so they could clean. Denise stood at the doorway and raised her voice defensively telling me “this is your fault. This is all YOUR fault, not OURS. You need to leave the room.” What do you think I was doing? That’s why I asked to speak with manager in first place. She is out of line. Girl needs to be put her in place before someone else does it for her and learn some class. Surely you don’t get paid enough and do NOT have the authority to act this way to customers and even if you did, it’s unexceptionable and inexcusable. Management didn’t care when I told her I don’t appreciate that, on my way out. After paying the late fees etc. I’ll never return to one of their properties because of that team member specifically. Check yourself before you get checked. Ciao ciao. :)
