A surprising number of people talking loudly at night right outside the bedroom window. It felt like they were almost in the room with me and they actually stood there for several minutes talking or saying goodbye.

We liked the size and how quiet it was. It was a good location for what we intend for trip
There is not staff on hand full time so you are kinda of on your own. But thar being said the one problem I had they resolved it quickly.

Hidden gem in a well located area with heaps of great restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. Friendly host gave us a good guide around the area. The unit is artistically decorated with good taste. Will highly recommend.

The location was fantastic, the apartment faces a super nice park and has metro, supermarkets and cute cafes all nearby. The bed was comfortable
I spent 5 days with sewage smell and it was truly unpleasant. I've been told it came from outside, but I am not convinced. The apartment was relatively clean, but there were insects clearly connected to the sewage issue (drain flies, small insects constantly on the kitchen top, and a huge cockroach in the toilet!). The shower drain was clogged and I had to ask to clean it. The apartment is full of heavy velvet curtains that made the place feel very dusty. Overall, the apartment needs to be refreshed.

Comfy and stylish interior. Nice shower space. There were cockroaches discovered one day but the staff helped cleaning immediately.

Brother's place was much nicer--not sure if price was the same. Ours was two floors with hazardous stairs and low hanging beam by bed. Sluggish drains.
