Great apt.
Good communication
A handrail to the loft would be a good addition.
Recommend using air conditioning or heat for a day before a stay.

A surprising number of people talking loudly at night right outside the bedroom window. It felt like they were almost in the room with me and they actually stood there for several minutes talking or saying goodbye.

We liked the size and how quiet it was. It was a good location for what we intend for trip
There is not staff on hand full time so you are kinda of on your own. But thar being said the one problem I had they resolved it quickly.

As most of the time, pictures seems to be from various rentals in the same building.

Brother's place was much nicer--not sure if price was the same. Ours was two floors with hazardous stairs and low hanging beam by bed. Sluggish drains.

Location, next to a playground and park with a kiosk selling coffee and snacks.
Comfortable place, great for single person or couple.
It was all good, just beware of a bit of noise at night - the (very cosy) bar next door sometimes sees its guests leaving talking a bit too loud. Not the fault of the place, and I noticed it but it didn't wake me up.

It's situated in a peaceful location in the middle of the city. The room was beautiful and clean. Paulo is an excellent host and we found his suggestions for places to see, restaurants to eat to be quite great

Everything went well. The owner/manager was waiting to meet us when we arrived and helped with our luggage. The room was very clean and old style with lots of character. Breakfast was good, lived up to expectations and the location is excellent. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a lot of space, it was really quiet but really well located and we walked everywhere. The property felt really traditional and had everything we needed.
A bit more storage for clothes would of been great / a chest of drawers or something
