There wasn’t any note that the apartment was on 5th floor over 70 steps no elevator.. wrong code to get into building.. host took over 2 hours return call, told have to buy toilet paper, only one garbage bag, living room furniture was old dirty, shower leaked..

Great location; the space was very comfortable for 2 couples. We used the washer and TV included all the channels we wanted.
This was a 5 story walk up. We did not know this information when we booked. We would not have booked it if we knew because we are older and it was a challenge to get up to the unit with luggage and even without.

Spacious and comfortable, in a great location. It had everything we needed!
We were on the top floor, which was a long climb with 20kg suitcases! There’s nothing to be done about it, and at least we got our leg workouts in. But if you were mobility challenged, it might be tough to get your luggage up and down.

Great location and excellent communication from host.
The apartment is a little dated - and some features are a bit odd like the bedroom door can be locked from the outside and there is not enough room to close the door to the toilet in the en-suite. We knew about the stairs so were prepared first that.

Great communication with booking and check in. Connected us with a driver at the airport, which was great because we didn't have to wait in a taxi line after a long trip with our daughter. Lots of steps to get up, but rewarded with great balconies and views. Restaurant on the ground level of the building was amazing.

We really liked staying in the apartment. There is all you need for a perfect stay. The cromecast is a plus.
We weren’t so fond of the fact that there were windows between the bedrooms. We disturbed each other when switching on the light.

Everything! Location, location location!! Great communication and very helpful host! The apartment design was very unique and beds were very comfortable!
Stairs!! Our apartment was on the 5th floor and we have to walk up all the stairs with our family of 4 suitcases! But the view from the apartment was great!

Location is excellent and close to train & metro stations. Having two showers was handy, both were very good. Kitchen was very well equipped and I liked the delonghi coffee machine., Plenty of toilet roll & hand soap in both bathrooms., also bath gel in both showers. Comfortable seating area and good sized dining table. Comfortable mattresses and enough hanging space on the clothes rails. Very good wifi. We had a problem with the main bathroom door sticking, this was fixed quickly once reported.
An improvement would be to fit a blackout blind on the main bedroom skylight. Also something to blackout light from between the bedrooms (there is a glass area which allows light to pass between them). The sink plug in the main bathroom wouldn't stay down so you couldn't fill the sink with water, but this wasn't a real problem. I would also change the bedroom door locks to prevent the option to lock them from the inside.

Ideally, centrally located in the heart of Lisbon. Easy walking to the entire city. The apartment was unique and charming. Very comfortable space with lovely balconies and views from this top floor apartment. The apartment was very clean with comfy beds and well equipped.
The five floors of stairs to the top floor! Not a negative of the apartment, just the way it is in an old city! Otherwise, we were well covered here for our Lisbon excursion.

Pleasant
Location was central, very close to attractions and Rossio Train station Host was responsive through WhatsApp. Beds were comfy. There were two sets of keys so it was nice to divide up the keys. The area was nice and bright and had air conditioning. Full kitchen was available for use. We did not need to do laundry but there was a washer-dryer you could use if you buy laundry detergent.
The ensuite bathroom was grimy and the sink did not drain very well. The ensuite bathroom for the main room was basically inside the room itself with no separation. The door to the toilet was too close and you could not close it since when you sit on the toilet, your knees stick out of the "bathroom". Bedroom doors were made of plywood. These doors did not have proper door knobs so it was very inconvenient because if you closed the door from one side, it was basically locked from that side and you weren't able to open it from the other side and vice versa. You have to go up 5 flights of stairs to reach the apartment which we were fine with but probably not great for the elderly or if you have a lot of luggage. Hardly no counter space at all in bathrooms. No designated place to put toilet paper in the bathrooms.
