Great Location
The shower door was leaking, was awkward as the shower door was on the floor So moved the matt as you open the door. At 1 point the whole floor Was Flooded, Maintenance repaired But still water went through onto floor Also no hooks in the shower area to hang towels

Loved the unique room and great location. The downstairs lobby is also nice to hang out in.
Our first day there we asked to get water filled up and the bar tender told us to go in back restaurant room and fill ourselves. The next time we needed to fill up we followed those same instructions and a different staff member got very upset with us and reprimanded us. That was frustrating. It would be nice if staff all got on the same page.

Location, comfy bed , tea coffee, water daily in room and complimentary bottle of wine was nice touch. Staff very friendly.
I know it’s part of the atmosphere but the corridors are a little too dark.

Very nice finishes in the room. Coffee maker was great.
Trim the little bush in front of your outdoor sign. No washcloths in the restroom on day 2. Water leaks on the floor outside shower of 328.

We loved the individuality of the hotel. Location is superb, right in the centre of Lisbon. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a good size for a city-centre hotel. The staff were friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options.
Whilst recognising the age of the building and its location, the bathroom is "compact". That said, the fittings and tiles were of a very high standard.

Hotel is nice, lobby has good ambience. Day shift staffs were friendly
Room was not vacuumed or swept when we requested for house keeping. We could see dust flying around on the floor. Night shift staffs were unfriendly Corridor lights turned on due to sensors.

The hotel was in such a great location, staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior room which was lovely. The bar was lovely and we had a welcome cocktail which was a nice touch.
