Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We got a free upgrade and the staff were lovely, especially the bar staff who gave us some amazing custom cocktail recommendations. The decor is really nice and the breakfast was good. No complaints!
The rooms were a tad small and the shower was a bit of a hazard but the rooms still had modern decor and were very comfortable.

This was one of the cleanest, most meticulously maintained, and most aesthetically pleasing hotels I've ever stayed in. First of all, the staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast was excellent, with almost every kind of food and drink available, and the service and complimentary treats were superb. This was the first time I'd seen such a diverse collection of art books and photo prints in a hotel. Aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and a great place to stay comfortably and cleanly. Every request for assistance was answered and fulfilled immediately. I thank them; you definitely don't need to look anywhere else, I highly recommend it.

As always, the junior suites are wonderfully spacious and tastefully appointed, with everything a guest needs or wants. Truly appreciate the hotel's extremely comfortable bed and bedding, extra large and plush bath towels, bathrobes, slippers, amazing shower water pressure, quality hair blower with attachments, as well as a fresh box of tissues, well-stocked fridge, complimentary filtered water (in glass bottles) and delightful welcome drink in their charming lounge -- not provided in other 4-star properties. The experienced staff are very helpful, respectful and genuinely friendly. Topping off everything, is their outstanding hotel manager, Manuel Marques, who exemplifies global excellence, ensuring an A+ guest stay and enhancing the visit to a brilliant 5-star experience. I look forward to staying at this gem once again and recommending the property to others, especially to discerning travelers who value a stellar experience.

The location was great. The staff were pleasant.
The breakfast was cold especially the scrambled egg. The room was stuffy. The curtains were always drawn. There was no hanging space for dresses whatever the length. There were no radiators to dry the towels from the night before. Disappointed.
