Great central location; truth be told we didn’t personally love it (we had stayed in Graça prior and enjoyed that more), but objectively speaking, it would be easy to walk to all the sites and lots of restaurants/cafes/bars/shops. Nicely decorated and our room had fun touches like a Marshall’s speaker and faux fire place.
It was extremely dark inside and our room was smaller than we imagined; the bathroom had an angled ceiling and you had to duck to get into the shower to avoid hitting your head. Again, personally for us, we didn’t love the location – far too busy and touristy and actually more difficult for getting to/from in Bolts due to all the car and pedestrian traffic.

This accommodation is amazing. We will absolutely stay here again. It is very tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and right in the heart of the center very close to the Metro. We love it here.

Perfect central location yet mostly quiet at night. Comfortable room and accommodating staff. Just enough food service and cozy bar area.
It is dark. Hallways black, low level of lighting in room, particularly bathroom.

The room is clean, tidy, colorful, relaxing and comfy.
Great location. The bar is pretty amazing and it also has a good restaurant. The breakfast is really good.

The hotel is lovely, welcome drinks were much appreciated. The bar/lounge area is very cozy and comfortable and the staff was very nice.
The breakfast was a little expensive for what was offered, fairly standard buffet with lukewarm food. The standard interior room was very small which was expected due to the description but we were okay with that. Not a lot of space in the bathroom to keep toiletries.

The lounge is welcoming and the bartenders cocktails are mixed perfectly. The employees at all levels of service in the hotel were very hospitable.

Since the moment we arrived we felt welcome and the room itself was comfortable and clean. The location is amazing. we managed to walk everywhere and they even lent us an umbrella on a rainy day. One of the receptionist was super nice and she wrote us a list of restaurants to visit close by. We followed it and it didn’t disappoint. Would come back for sure.
There was a misunderstanding regarding the price of the breakfast. We ate it to then realize that it was more expensive than we thought and not really good. This could be improved.
