Wonderful
The location of this hotel was perfect. It is situated right off of the main street in Chiado area so it was convenient to use the Metro as well as the train, as well as easily walk to the main sights. The room was clean and large, the bed was comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised an iron and board were available. We had a welcome drink in the lobby and then we able to explore many local restaurants and bars from there.

The room was super cute, and it was very accessible. Bathroom and bedroom were a great size, and it even had a little patio. Plenty of outlets. Overall, it was a great place, I wish we stayed there for more than one night.
No door on bathroom. This is not a huge issue. Having a door on the bathroom would just offer a little bit more privacy and soundproofing. Overall no real issues with this place however.

Amazing location and amazing ambiance . Staff were so kind and helpful and the room exceeded our expectations . We shared the room video with our family and we don’t usually do that so thank you for making us feel right at home ! Welcome drink was a lovely surprise and we felt right at home .

Location,staff were excellent, breakfast outstanding.
Air condition, which was very weak, turned off when you pulled out the light card making it very warm when you returned to your room.

breakfast we took in their other hotel for 18$ and was amazing, if not hungry better take it somewhere else. Hotel and stuff was amazing, and we got an upgrade room as me and me friend asked to be in near rooms. When I arrived I had to wait for 20 minutes or so and they gave a wine to compensate the wait, very thoughful of them. I loved they have some devices old fashioned to listen music, so classy!
