Not only was the hotel beautiful and centrally located, but also the staff at this hotel was particularly exceptional. We arrived very early, and they worked hard to ensure that we were able to check in early. They even upgraded our room, which was so kind and greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return.

I really liked this hotel. It is very well located in the center of Lisbon with several restaurants and activities nearby. Staff was super friendly and the facilitiy were impecable! Everything new, well organized and very clean. I recommend 100%!
The bathroom door was defective and needed a little pusj to fully closed. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Wonderful
The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room is beautiful and comfortable. The designer truly considered every small detail, making for a perfect stay. Location is great near restaurants, shops and close to the broadwalk.
The only minor drawback was that the windows weren't entirely noise-proof, so I could hear some of the carnival festivities outside.

This accommodation is amazing. We will absolutely stay here again. It is very tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and right in the heart of the center very close to the Metro. We love it here.

Excellent property with cozy lobby and bar area. Room was quite large with a view onto the street. Outstanding location in the “baixa” of Lisbon. Food in the bar was very good. Staff was excellent and super friendly. Room had a washing machine in it which is super handy for those who pack light, but beware, you would need to take your clothing to a laundromat nearby to dry them. There are quite a few nearby so it would not be a problem!

Centrally located, breakfast extra, friendly and helpful staff, spoke English., bar and restaurant on site as well as many others in area, safe area, well lit, elevator, will set up city tours
The airport limo service they use is double the city taxi price, no tissues in room.

This is a great hotel with the best staff and location in Lisbon. Metro is two blocks away. Room and amenities were first class. Espresso machine, big screen internet TV, large windows, and a small sitting area. double paned windows block all the outdoor sound. Just superb.

Lovely hotel chain with a stylish, boutique feel — that’s why I chose it. Great central location and a beautiful lobby. The bed was very comfortable with a real double mattress (not two joined together), which I really appreciated.
Special thanks to the receptionist who checked me in late at night — she was extremely helpful, gave me a map and great recommendations for Lisbon.
As this is the most affordable hotel in the chain, the stay was good overall, but the room felt a bit cold and less cozy than expected. I missed slippers and a warmer, larger blanket. Also, the system with water and the welcome drink was a bit unclear.

Check-in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Definition of hospitable. Great location!! Room was great. We spent the majority of our stay in Lisbon at another hotel nearby, so only spent one night because our travel plans changed. That said, hotel was so cozy and charming, we left wanting to have stayed more time there. If we come back to Lisbon, we would check availability at this hotel first.
Traditional key to enter the room was a little tricky at first, but once we got it, it was fine.

The room was excellent, well equipped. The location was exceptional, especially for our first time in Lisbon. The lobby lounge is very stylish, reminds me of Maison Assouline (London UK). Day and evening staff were all very friendly.
The shower door -- had to pull really hard to ensure a good seal. Otherwise, nothing else was a concern.
