Fabulous location, right in the centre. Our room had everything we wanted and more. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were sad to leave.

Really friendly front desk, a welcome cocktail at check in. We also got a complimentary upgrade to a much larger room, which was such a treat. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but the menu actually looked good. Location isn’t super exciting but central/practical.

The room ... ultimately the most important aspect to a hotel visit. Comfortable, attractive, clean, well equipped, lovely linen, bottle of water -very appreciated, quiet although it opened to a busy street. Location was delightful. Reception, bar, employees First Class.
That we were only in town for an overnight .... Next visit - we need many more days on our schedule ....

Super tastefully decorated and appointed, glass drinking and wine glasses in the room. Front desk staff were super courteous and helpful. Comfortable bed.

The Location, the staff and comfortable room. Also, able to refill water bottles with filtered chilled water. Excellent suggestion for Fado night which reception booked for us.
Bedroom/ bathroom could have done wiith some form of privacy from street/opposite buildings without the need to close curtains.

Brilliant location, lovely room with a comfortable & generous bed. Left our mobile number with reception on the day of arrival and they called to let us know our room was ready well in advance of the advertised check in time. Nice decor in the restaurant, plus recommend their freshly squeezed orange juice! Would happily stay again!
Just a consideration, we were on the 5th floor and if you are claustrophobic you likely wouldn’t be keen on the lift access.

Excellent location. Staff were really helpful and friendly and made our wedding anniversary extra special with champagne and rose petals in the room. Room was lovely and clean.
