The room was tastefully decorated and had tons of storage space. We loved that there was water and coffee in the room and were welcomed with a welcome drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) at the bar. Check-in was seamless and they will hold your luggage after check-out. The location was perfect and centrally located. It was near restaurants, shopping, site seeing, and public transportation. The lobby has a bar and restaurant which was always lively.

The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Beds are very comfortable

We stayed here before, in 2019. Second time around, the hotel is even better than it was in 2019. Location perfect, breakfast and lunch and dinner all commendable, staff helpful, room comfortable, bathroom very good, etc.
Midnight garbage truck pick-up one evening…if you leave windows open, you will be woken up.

Theme of hotel, its small size and central location all make it is perfect city stay for a few nights. Restaurant food was of high quality and good value, while free cocktail was very tasty and welcomed after travelling. All the staff were very welcoming and jolly.
Nothing really given the size of the hotel and space limitations from a central location.

This was the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. The location was very perfect and central close to shops, restaurants and the main plaza. Absolutely beautiful and charming. We received an upgrade to a suite with views of the castle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was stunning and well appointed. We wished we could have stayed longer. The entire vibe of this hotel is very special and retro. Beautifully decorated throughout. The bar and restaurant was excellent. It is a real experience to stay here and well worth it. We will definitely return.
