Central location near restaurants and bars and shops and historic landmarks. All of the staff, on reception, the restaurant and room service were amazing and friendly and very helpful. They make the hotel well done .

Location of hotel was excellent, right in the centre and a few minutes walks to the subway. Staff were great, always responsive and helpful
There is not a separate bathroom, the toilet and shower are in separate cubicles that both open into the room and the door to the shower is frosted glass. The sink is in an alcove of the main room. It wasn't a massive issue but just something some people may not be so keen on

We love love love this place the staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, attentive. The bed was so comfy, the meals were lovely and very good value, the bar was well stocked, room coffee pods were restocked each day as was the bottled water . The whole place is decorated beautifully.

Very comfortable large bed, large very good shower, reception open at all times and were happy to store bags after check out. Very central convenient location in the heart of the tourist area.
Too many light switches. Not the best value for money when you don't spend long in the room.

Conveniently located but didn’t suffer from too much noise despite the proximity to the main outdoor dining street nearby The room was very comfortable. I liked the modernised renovation which retained some original features of the building
I had to keep asking for more bottled water. It would be much easier if they just put 2 bottles a day in the room so I don’t keep running out of it I was late to check out by 15 mins and I had someone come banging on my door as if to throw me out for being late. Very unfriendly person. I think they have just one person specifically for this purpose though because the other staff were ok.
