It was very clean
The check in was a mess we waited in a the line at least 20 min and then we had to wait 20 min more before to get a solution because the beds problem.
They gave us bed that were already used, then they moved us to another bed that was already assigned to somebody else. Finally after to make us move two times we had our beds, but one of our lockers was used by someone else so the problems never ends there and the receptionist told us to put our stuffs in another one but that one did not work because it was broken. This is definitely the worst experience that I have in a hostel ever.

Really nice central location. Buzzing area but dorms are nice and quiet. Aircon is great, clean sheets and rooms. Great place to meet amazing people.
No mirrors in the rooms, no place to hang towels and the door couldnt open if my locker was open. Too much crammed in too small a place. Bathrooms can be a bit dirty. No bath mats etc. Kind of like a gym bathroom but worse

One of best hostel I have ever stayed. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was clean and comfortable even I stay with 3 others.
The door was a bit heavy. I was struggled to enter and someone else struggled 3am. she was quite noisy to find out. If it was easy probably I didnt need to wake up.

I had the deluxe private corner room. It was fantastic! Great, safe location in a ritzy area. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean. Room and bathroom were large. AC worked great. Fridge in the room was appreciated. Room was quiet. Wi-Fi was strong. Staff was friendly. Nice views.
When I first arrived the fridge was not turned on. I didnt realize it and was frustrated when my items were not cooled. Make sure to check upon arrival.

I liked the staff they were very helpful and the facilities were great.
If I had to pick one thing it would be that the privacy isnt all that great- but hey we are in a hostel for a reason.

The breakfast was amazing fresh and replenched quite often. The location was the best I was close to everything that I could think off

Location is perfect! It is sutuated 30 meters from one of the central streets, directly connected with airport.
Usually, streets in Lisboa are angled, so one need to literally climb till the room, but this one is on the mild part, practically flat.
Staff- amazing, have the answer for everything, cooperative, profesionales.
Hostel lobby - one of the best parts - cool to chill out,big, modern, cozy to spend time there.
There is no such thing; it is as clean as it gets with that amount of people sharing the same toilet and bath. Service is very good, just big number of people operating.
