Location is perfect. Lobby drinks and snacks were such a nice touch- Prosecco!! Staff was lovely especially breakfast manager. Free walking tour was excellent.
Rooms are compact. Clean and efficient but very little closet space.

My room was ready right away when I arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and also very quiet. Breakfast was extremely delicious. Having quite a lot of choices even for someone who is a vegetarian. The receptionists were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their face. This is definitely a five star hotel!

Staff was excellent.
Hotel location was perfect. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated.
The breakfast was weak compared to 9 other hotels we stayed at in Portugal during this trip.
Would have liked more choice, food kept hotter and replenished more frequently.

The location was great - walking distance to everything! Every tour meeting point was just down the street for us. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms clean. My only slight disappointment was with how small the room was. Hard having 2 suitcases open but we managed to get creative and weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter really.

One of the best hotels in Lisbon. Very professional staff, excellent rooms with great soundproofing and everything was spotless. Good breakfast and the perfect location for exploring the city and its gastronomy. Definitely the best choice.

Almost everything. Staff were great; courteous and helpful. The free walking tour is quite a nice bonus feature, as are the coffee, pasties and afternoon bubbly in the lobby seating area. Staff will get you into excellent adjacent restaurant Pinoquio, which is consistently packed. Hotel itself and room is nicely decorated. Very nice lift. Excellent breakfast area downstairs. Comfortable bed.
Very small room with only a small hanging rack to store clothes.

Central location, comfortable and clean room, and amazing staff. Kudos to Manuel, who is a very kind young man. He offered us a free tour organized by the hotel and led by Leonor, who was amazing. It was an excellent start to our Portuguese journey — with some history, important places in the downtown, and everything explained and shown with passion and by heart.
