Great location! Great staff! They help with everything and offer tips in the area. Bed was really comfortable and they had a crib for our 2 year old ready upon arrival. Also served breakfast until 11am (later than most hotels) which was nice for us as we adjusted to the time difference.
Not really anything. If I had to pick something - they only have showers and I wish there was an option for a bath tub for our 2 year old but we knew that booking the room and brought a portable tub.

Honestly, it was amazing. The staff was always there to help with any questions, tips, or guidance, and that made the whole stay feel super easy and welcoming. Everything was very clean, the room was comfy, and the breakfast was really good too.

We stayed at one 5 star and one 4 star hotel while in Portugal and do not understand why this is a 3 star hotel.

Location is fantastic and paid parking close by. Staff were great and welcome coffee and mini pastéis de nata in reception.

This was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we have had. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were extremely comfortable and well equipped, and the location was perfect for touring around the city. We were there for nine days and enjoyed every day.
