The location is very nice, the staffs were very friendly, the room was very clean and neat, with the complimentary drinks and stuffs are all good, would like to book the same hotel next time when I visit Lisbon.
There was a light in my room flickering for a bit when I turned it on first but I didn't use that light that much so didn't give me a lot of disturbance.

Breakfast quality was great. Staff were easily accessible and super friendly. Cleaning staff was super quick and efficient, it exceeded our expectations. It honestly felt more like a 5 star hotel rather than 3 stars. The attention to detail to size of the robes and slippers also did not go unnoticed :)
Honestly did not have a single bad experience during our 4 day stay!

The location of the hotel is excellent, centre of Lisbon and near train stations. Breakfast was the best we had while in Portugal. The staff were amazing :)
The room was very very small, opt for a bigger room particularly if you are travelling with large suitcases!

Very Good
- The location is hard to beat. It's a great base for exploring the historic centre on foot, there's a metro station right outside the hotel, and the train station is just across the street.
- Before our stay, we sent the hotel our room preferences, and the staff replied quickly and did their best to accommodate our request. Throughout our stay they were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help.
- The room had everything we needed, and having complimentary water replaced every day was a nice touch.
- The complimentary pastéis de nata and cold water at reception were a lovely surprise after walking around the city in the summer heat.
- Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The selection was very limited, the quality was not good, and the breakfast room wasn't very inviting. I'd definitely skip it and have breakfast at one of the many cafés nearby.
- The rooms are quite small. If you're traveling with large suitcases, it's worth booking a larger room if you can.
