Excellent location. Walkable to tourist destinations, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and public transport.
The room was quite small. This is a historic boutique hotel, so it is understandable.

Friendly staff, modern and impeccable rooms that are as clean as you can expect from a hotel. Great spot to stay and roam Lisbon. Even providing services free of charge that most definitely would ask compensation for - overall excellent service.
I did not come across anything negative during my stay.

Great location and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming
The room, however, was very small with limited space. The toilet/bathroom door was a bit strange and not very practical. Also, the mattress was uncomfortable, which made it hard to rest well.

I loved the location and I loved that the room was very well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and since I was facing the the front I had a great view of the city. I felt the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and quite accommodating. I think the free drink station and snacks in the lobby is an added bonus. They even have umbrellas for you to use in case of rain, and it did rain.
The rooms are really small, however, I knew this from the reviews when booking so it is not a complaint, but probably a little smaller than I anticipated. I would have like for breakfast to be included (it's possible there is a rate for that and I didn't book it).

Staff were exceptional. They were extremely helpful in arranging transfers and a tour of Lisbon for my husband and I . Location was great! We wish we could have stayed longer. We were so very pleased with our room.

location great, check in was great, nice staff, i liked the complimentary tour of the city from sister hotel, it was nice having juice and water in lobby, manager at sister hotel who gave tour was outstanding

Got a room with a balcony loved it, the place was super centric and easy to walk to everything. The rooms are small but I didn’t mind, was clean and the staff super helpful.

The price, staff, breakfast and location are fantastic. The rooms are clean and well appointed.
Pillows were uncomfortable but if I would have mentioned it, they would have sent me 4 more to choose from. So thats on me.

The location amazing, the staff very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Great attention to detail in the room ex. Hair straightener.

Property is very well situated. The hotel is clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. We will be back at the end of our trip for two additional days.
