Loved this clean modern hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was super clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were just right. Breakfast buffet was amazing. WiFi connection was excellent. Garden area and pool area was clean and relaxing. Location is on a main avenue with high end shopping all around. A short walk towards the water (outside the doors to the right) brings you into a main tourist area filled with restaurants and shops. I would stay here again and arrange car service ahead of time through the hotel. We did not and used Uber when we arrived. It was very chaotic and confusing in the pickup area. We had the hotel set up our car on our return and the driver (Bruno) actually walked us into terminal, helped us with the bags and directed us to the check-in area. He could not have done more to help us. The Lisbon airport had changed its checkin system to return home and the security line was extremely long. We purchased what they call Fast Track at a kiosk after we checked our bags and before heading to security. It was 12 euros each and well worth it. I don’t really understand how it works but we avoided the line that we saw snaking through the departure area on our arrival. We were told we needed 3-4 hours before our flight but after fast track we got thru in about 1.5 hours.

Good selection of items for breakfast. beds and linens are very comfortable. Rooms were a good size as well. The location on the main road and ease of walking to the water. It was an easy walk while getting a break from the hills.
The glass tile in the shower makes it extremely slippery and dangerous. Both of us experienced near slip and falls in the shower.

Front office staff were good as were the restaurant staff
The room was only suitable for a one night stay with limited hanging spaces and no drawers at all
Bed was not of good
Breakfast was ok but the staff were not trained well we had 2 of them carrying on quite a loud conversation whilst clearing a table just behind ours. The manager made a point of escorting guests into the room to explain how the buffet breakfast worked as if guests had not stayed at such an arrangement before in their life’s
Having to fetch their own coffee added unnecessary traffic in the room. Not possible to get coffee from the waiting staff

The location was convenient for walking the city. The staff was excellent - helpful, kind, knowledgeable and very professional. They were the highlight of our stay.

Hotel is in an excellent location.
Night time staff on first two nights of my short stay were most unhelpful, rude and not accommodating. Refused to help us when we asked for water to take to our room.. the most basic request !!

Great location, modern and clean. Pool was lovely and breakfast was nice. Very basic gym was good to have. Also a benefit that water bottles are replaced daily.
Bathroom tiles are very slippery, including in the shower. I found a mat in the main room cupboard on the last day that could have helped - heads-up to others that it is there if you find the same.
I found also that our sheets had a bit of a strange smell - like a bit smokey or musty maybe? Did not cause a major issue.

Wonderful
Clean and fresh room, delicious breakfast with helpful staff. Great location. You can get all the most popular areas in the city from one point on foot. Next to the metro and parking.
