Disappointing
Front office staff were good as were the restaurant staff
The room was only suitable for a one night stay with limited hanging spaces and no drawers at all
Bed was not of good
Breakfast was ok but the staff were not trained well we had 2 of them carrying on quite a loud conversation whilst clearing a table just behind ours. The manager made a point of escorting guests into the room to explain how the buffet breakfast worked as if guests had not stayed at such an arrangement before in their life’s
Having to fetch their own coffee added unnecessary traffic in the room. Not possible to get coffee from the waiting staff

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Hotel is in an excellent location.
Night time staff on first two nights of my short stay were most unhelpful, rude and not accommodating. Refused to help us when we asked for water to take to our room.. the most basic request !!

Great location, modern and clean. Pool was lovely and breakfast was nice. Very basic gym was good to have. Also a benefit that water bottles are replaced daily.
Bathroom tiles are very slippery, including in the shower. I found a mat in the main room cupboard on the last day that could have helped - heads-up to others that it is there if you find the same.
I found also that our sheets had a bit of a strange smell - like a bit smokey or musty maybe? Did not cause a major issue.

Clean and fresh room, delicious breakfast with helpful staff. Great location. You can get all the most popular areas in the city from one point on foot. Next to the metro and parking.

The location near to all main attractions within 10 to 20 minutes. Staff are helpful a d friendly. Thanks to Christine who answered all our questions and arranged for us a tour to Sintra which is highly recommended.
