The balcony, the location, the breakfast and the breakfast room with grest views, and the live piano music.
The last generation bathroom. The joke pool and jacuzzi along with a cap requirement with caps not being provided free of charge. As a 4 star wannabe not providing free prosecco on arrival.

Location, spacious room, clean. Comfy. It was nice to have the pool option, even though small.
All was great, except one front desk staff was rude. Checking in and out was fine. Staff who helped us check in was nice. He told us we get two complimentary water bottles a day. On day two, we didnt get our rooms cleaned (which we assumed is how you get your two water bottles). So we asked the house keeping staff and she didnt seem to have any and said she will have to call. Since we were on our way out, we said all good. We will ask on our way back. So we did - With a greeting, I politely asked if we can get two water bottles. Staff with short hair and glasses, she gives me a look and asks if I am a guest. I understand someone random can come in and do this, but like you couldve asked more nicely. Such a turn off.

Location is very good - close to old town but not in that crowsd and rush
Rooms are clean and practical.
As we have been staying in your hotel almost twice a year, alone or with family or and family member for the last 5 years, we are expecting a differentiation from the regular one stop customers. You don't have a loyalty program but you know how much and how long we stay in Bessa, by counting this you may show better recognition.

Hotel is nice and the man who worked in the morning during my checked in was really helpful and great to be in the front desk
During my checkout the lady choices to be negatively and not helpful to extended my check out just one hour and and choice to charge me 20 euros for every hour but I refuse to do so while other hotels really better in this case so please management choice the right person in front desk because this person either bring customer to your hotel or bankrupt your hotel from their attitude

A quality and luxurious hotel, spacious and tastefully decorated room. Good breakfast. Efficient and quality staff. Central location, close and accessible to public transportation and entertainment and shopping centers.

Location on boulevard was lovely; cleanliness; staff was great; buffet was solid; hotel restaurant was exceptional in quality & presentation, while staff was fantastically attentive and friendly. Loved the Juliet balcony and a second window to create a crossbreeze. Super close to Metro Restaurantadores station.
Elevators were a bit warm - and on the small side coming from North America.

Liked it all it is a very modern hotel with good location and the amenities are excellent. Wish we had stayed more days in order to enjoy Lisboa more. The staff is another story they are more than excellent, we had some travel issues and they went out of their way to help us resolve. I personally if and when I return to Lisboa will be staying here and will recommend to all who ask where to stay in Lisboa
