We were warmly welcomed at this hotel, and even our 3-year-old child felt very comfortable. The staff occasionally played with him, which made us feel truly at home. Both the service and the food were excellent.
On September 4th, 2025, we were unfortunately involved in the Gloria funicular accident in Lisbon and did not feel well physically or mentally. However, the hotel management and all the staff took such great care of us and ease the bad experience of the accident and we were able to recover well. They offered us breakfast during our stay which we really appreciate. We have been dining im the Tabik restuarant two evenings and the foods is delicious, the service as well was great.
I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon – not only for the excellent service and food but also for the kindness and warmth of the people who work there.

The breakfast was excellent- lots of variety, all you could eat. The location is great - we could walk everywhere. Our room was very comfortable. The bed was superb. The staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful and happily assisted us with anything we needed.

Very clean, very good condition and excellently located - walking distance to all points of interest.
Bedrooms/bathrooms have a cool minimalist design and the living area has wooden floors.
Beds very comfortable and the 3rd single bed was a proper mattress rather than a pulldown sofa.
The staff were all extremely helpful and focused on making our stay as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.

What a wonderful hotel, staff were friendly room was comfortable. Bathroom was amazing. Food was delicious. Enjoyed the pool. Love the pool side service. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
