Peeling wallpaper with stains across
Poorly fitting plumbing in the shower so leaks springing out, a smell of drains in the bathroom and paper thin walls so you could even hear someone’s phone just on vibrate in the next room

Excellent location!! Easy to access tours & even walk to many! Breakfast was handy in AM. Staff were very helpful & accommodating.
First assigned room had this odour we just couldn’t tolerate. They checked it out & agreed to move us to another room. Glad they were able to move us, but really shouldn’t have made this room available IMO.

Perfect location!! Walking distance to so much. Stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. Port was 5 minutes drive from hotel. You could walk it if you didn't have a lot of luggage.

The hotel is in a great location on a pedestrian only street with many shops and restaurants. When booking an Uber or a tour, we had to walk about a minute to a near by street for pick up but that was not an issue for us. Our room faced the busy street in front but our room was quiet. I was traveling with a girlfriend and we enjoyed the separate/twin beds. The room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay.
The room card reader for the power source to the room for lights and air-conditioning was a little finicky and you had to wriggle/move the card around (ended up putting a sugar packet behind it) to get the card to connect so you had power. Also, the shower drain in our room was clogged and I was afraid a few times, the water was going to go over the shower pan. I did alert the staff to these issues at time of check-out. We were there for 2 nights so we managed ok.

This hotel is in the perfect location in Lisbon! You are right in the city center walkable to everything. Shops and restaurants right outside your door. It is in the historic center so everything is close by.
The staff were so kind. They upgraded our rooms at no charge! There is a lot of noise on the street but you do not hear any of it in your room!

Modern and clean. Very quiet room with excellent isolation even tho outside is busy street. Coffee/espresso maker is good. The receptionists are all friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The front desk staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Plus a glass of port wine and sweets (Pastel de Nata) whenever we wanted them! The picture I've attached is the view of the street from our hotel room.
The place was tiny - the elevator could fit one person with luggage or maybe 3 without luggage. The bathrooms were tiny as well.
