This hotel is perfectly located for being in the centre of everything. Although some reviews mentioned noise, we did not hear other guests or any street noise during our two night stay (our room faced the back). The staff were also very welcoming.
The hotel provides a coffee maker with 2 tiny espresso cups but was unable to provide a tea kettle upon request.

The complimentary port and pastel de natas on reception 24hr
No lounge, but wasnt a problem only when it rained on the last day.

The location was superb. Walk out the hotel door and shop in high-end shops, choose from many cafes and restaurants, and walk to monuments, landmarks, and Hop-On, Hop-Off bus!! Perfect!!

Very central location on the main boulevard of Baixa. That is actually the big upside and downside of the hotel. The sound proofing of the windows was actually pretty good, but the street musicians outside were impossible to be blocked out. So we had (not really good) music every day till 11pm. So if you want to go to bed early bring earplugs. Also the walls are pretty thin so noisy people on the hallway of in the next room were quite annoying. (Thank you people who think they are the only ones in the hotel.)
Apart from the noise problem there was absolutely nothing to complain about.
Staff was really nice, the bed comfy, the bathroom clean and well equipped, breakfast was very good and there is a never ending supply of pasteis de nata and port wine at the reception included. :)
If we come to Lisbon again, we will stay here again. Value for money was very good.

Great location, yes it is a busy main tourist street but it is a perfect place to start each day. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Everywhere smelt amazing! The thing that made the whole experience exceptional was the staff, Ive never met such great and attentive staff who made the week stay better than imagined.
One night we had a birthday celebration and came back to our room to find cake and a note which is above what we expected! Cant fault it at all.

Fantastic hotel situated in a very central position. Rooms well equipped and clean, staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely gesture of a glass of port and pasteis de nata whilst checking in and also a thank you for the surprise cake delivered to our room. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel.
