Location is excellent, right on the main thoroughfare,with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Handy for all the nearby attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast lovely and doubled up as a restaurant for lunch and dinner . Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

The location and the staff are wonderful!
The room is very small, too small even for a couple, not enough space for luggage and clothes, the breakfast was the same every day and wasn't enough variant at all . The room smell sewers when entering it every day and until window is getting opened for at least 15 minutes

The location of this hotel is amazing!! Rua Agusta was a great spot to take you to any restaurant, shop, or excursion starting point you need!! All staff from the front desk, cleaning to breakfast, were very friendly and accommodating!! On our day of check-in, I was able to discuss hockey with the front desk person!! (Important to a Canadian, lol)
We had no concerns with this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. Most attractions are within walking distance.
The breakfast is good and the room was super clean and very stylish.
The hotel staff is super kind and very helpful.

It was wonderful in its location to dining, shopping, and attractions. The hotel staff met us on arrival to assist with our luggage. The connected Resturant for breakfast and dinners was also exceptional.
Lack of storage space in the room which seems to be a European thing with hotels.

Great location on pedestrian street and close to the main squares. The front desk staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful, always offered a port or a pastel de nata when you passed by.

Perfect! The front desk was so friendly and helpful, and competent, with every question and concern. Customer service is their top priority! What was especially wonderful - being in a room overlooking the heavily trafficked Rua Augusta - the room was completely soundproof! We got an awesome night’s sleep. Absolutely will be staying here again.

Close to many restaurants and a short walk to the water. A lot of shopping very close by. Room was comfortable and the Port and traditional pastry at reception was appreciated. Very friendly staff.
