The staffs are very nice and room is clean
No breakfast at the property is ok, but not even morning coffee?? No coffee machine or hot water to make tea?? Expect bed and shower, there is nothing, calling the hotel 4 star is definitely wrong, not even 2 star, we felt so cheated, since when a 4 star hotel gets this low??

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location! The lady changed our towels daily. The AC worked great. Alfonso was very easy to communicate with. The location great and very walkable!
Suggestion - get a full length mirror and trash can in the room!

The location of this property was very good for our stay and the individuals on duty at the desk were always very pleasant and helpful.
Photographs of the rooms (not 'suites') on the website are misleading regarding the drab character and poor condition of the room's decor. Unfortunately, the A/C in our room was barely functioning and did not cool the room, making it uncomfortably warm and stuffy, requiring us to open the windows.
