Room especially the bathroom. Tub and shower were dangerously designed room smelled shelves were broken. Water jug was not freshwater. Coffee maker not working.

You can use the pool!
The hotel room seems to be old and not good maintaned. The bathroom shower leaked easily. We had a triple room, but the two single beds were pushed together, making it easy to fall out in the middle while sleeping. The extra bed was lower than the single beds, so it couldn't be pushed together. The room safety box was also broken, and we asked someone to come and fix it, but it was never fixed.

loved the location and the restaurant attached is pricey but good.
It is an expensive neighborhood. The hotel entrance is difficult to find as its tucked away in a parking lot.

The location was excellent. We walked all day because the main street is just a block away. We ate on the on the Avenida. We shopped on the Avenida.. Many sights to see.

Best location as it is in the hub of lisbons fanciest road where all the fancy restaurants and shops are , just downside the hotel
I am a frequent visitor to this hotel , however this time the AC wasn’t functioning well and couldn’t change rooms as there are no vacancies

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, and they provided two separate beds as requested. The shower was great, and the location was excellent. Overall, a very good stay.
The only downside was the entrance, which was a bit hidden — located on a backstreet behind the main road and at the end of a parking lot, making it a little confusing to find.
