Wonderful
Location was excellent, in a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to many sites. Staff was professional and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Would definitely recommend ☺️

It is an expensive neighborhood. The hotel entrance is difficult to find as its tucked away in a parking lot.

Great location for getting to all the sites in Lisbon.
Hotel was very comfortable, lovely room with balcony and the staff were so helpful.
The facilities are all focused towards the Tivoli hotel nextdoor. Our hotel bar area was closed off at night for the Japanese restaurant guests and the pool is actually the Tivoli pool that you have to walk outdoors to get to.
We were frustrated that the pool was very much for leisure and didn't open until 10am, as we would have liked a morning swim before going out sightseeing for the day.

The hotel was well located and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. Staff were mostly friendly and the breakfast buffet was good.
The Japanese restaurant dominates the public areas. As a result, when the restaurant is open, there is no lounge space at all - this was a shame for us as we enjoy a drink/game after dinner. The bedrooms were also pretty small (normal for a city centre hotel) and the breakfast staff could have been more friendly.

Excellent location, great breakfast. Our room was comfortable.
Felt a little ripped off. This hotel is supposed to be one of the best in Lisbon but it feels tired. The sign out front in lights is broken down, our room was not overlooking gardens as promised online - it overlooked a construction area. The room was clean but worn out, from the slanted shelving in the bathroom to the ripped and broken curtains. Our TV wasn’t working to start with and there were no steaming facilities in the room - I was fortunate that they delivered an iron and board. The rooftop bar and swimming pool belong to Tivoli - not Avani - so that was very misleading. We wanted a hotel all in one but you had to get your stuff, pass through the lobby, through the car park, etc to get to the pool. This should be explained better when booking. The gym was adequate if you want to hit a treadmill but one treadmill wouldn’t work (simply needed a magnet replacement) and the rower was broken and the leg rack was an accident waiting to happen. The toilets downstairs were out of commission also. For what we paid for our luxury stay in Lisboa, if I had known, I would have stayed elsewhere where there was a little more care to the environment. This was our luxury end to a holiday but it was disappointing and certainly not what is promised via the hotel website.

Best location as it is in the hub of lisbons fanciest road where all the fancy restaurants and shops are , just downside the hotel
I am a frequent visitor to this hotel , however this time the AC wasn’t functioning well and couldn’t change rooms as there are no vacancies
