Excellent location & memorable for the very friendly welcome from Eduardo & Hugo. The bar area is well appointed & the room was bright & modern.
Strong smell emanating from the washrooms, probably due to the drains. Only there for one night so didn’t ask to move but might put others off. Had to ask for some fundamentals (water for room) & we were surprised to find there was a cost to the airport transfer (maybe we didn’t read the small print but €45 seemed excessive)

Helpfulness & responseviveness of staff to our needs. Location is excellent for shopping, dining, transportation to important sites. Market day vendors with handcrafted wares on weekend are right around the corner and made a wonderfully fun day to find true locally made crafts that are reasonably priced. Check out Barbara's handmade gifts.
Staff kept forgetting to replenish coffee when cleaning room.

Fantastic stay — especially the staff, location, and pool!
The staff:
Absolute kudos to the staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I booked this hotel after a horrendous Airbnb experience and needed emergency accommodation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome.
The arrival:
I arrived early in the day and, although my room wasn’t ready yet (which I completely understood), they kindly stored my luggage and let me enjoy the pool while I waited. After the stressful experience I’d just had, being able to relax by the pool completely turned my day around. It was exactly what I needed!
The hotel:
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a luxurious entrance and dining area. Everything feels comfortable and well looked after. The rooms (or at least mine) could do with a maintenance update. With all the care that is taken with of the rest of the hotel this could really improve the experience. Everything was clean though and the bed was super comfy!!
The location:
The location is 10/10. You’re only about a 10-minute walk from the main stores, restaurants and major sights, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Also, as a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this part of town.
Restaurant recommendation:
For a great meal nearby, try Pomme Eats! It’s only about a 10 minute walk away and the food was delicious.
The room:
As mentioned above, the rooms (or at least the one I stayed in) could do with a little maintenance and updating. They are a bit more rundown compared to the high standards and beautiful feel of the rest of the hotel.
That said, it honestly didn’t bother me. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable — so for me, it was still a wonderful stay in Lisbon!

Room service till midnight. Couldn’t get it?
Bar open until 1am, closed at 12 just because wouldn’t let us in.
Asked if my sunglasses handed in- firm no- no one asked or willing to take details as I know I took them into the hotel.
Pool was through the car park? Very random.
