The room was large and lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was really lovely with lots of options, fresh juice and served on lovely ceramic plates etc. Very charming. We are looking forward to returning.
The only slight drawback (which is true of many hotels etc in Lisbon) is that the hotel is accessed through a pedestrian only street so you need to be able to manage with your luggage about 200 metres from where you are dropped off. Far less than you are required to walk in an airport but worth knowing).

Location was excellent! Easily walkable to Rossio Square and Praca do Comercio. The fact it is on a pedestrian street is a bonus. Breakfast was great, and eating on the outdoor terrace was a bonus. All the staff we met were welcoming and friendly.

The property is lovely. We had a ground floor room which opened onto the back garden. It leads down to a wisteria arbor with chairs. My daughter and I sat out in the sun for several hours just talking, hardly a sound. A magical experience. The staff is very friendly, lots of suggestions. An excellent breakfast, eggs, croissants, cocoa, cheese. We had a very spacious room with a couch. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and spacious, big shower, lots of towels. I wish we had more than two nights there! High recommend.
This is located "in town" and close to restaurants, but the walk to sites such as the Quinto, etc. is up quite a hill. You can get a tuk tuk, but if you are thinking "city center" means close to sites, that's not quite accurate. That was my interpretation and no fault of the hotel. Also a note, if accessibility is an issue, there is no elevator--it is all stairs. They will carry your luggage IF someone is there, but we had to leave early. Without my daughter, I don't think I could have handled a suitcase up three flights of stairs. I would still stay there again!

Everything was perfect!
Breakfast at the rooftop - unforgettable experience!
We were leaving at 7 am to airport - they gave us breakfast to take with us.
Location can't be better. It's only walking street, can see Sant George Castle from the window, few minutes walk to Marina and Arch Monument... lots of restaurants, stores.

This property was in a perfect location for our brief first visit to Lisbon. The room was very comfortable and quiet even though it was on a busy street. We arrived at the hotel several hours earlier than posted check in time and they were able to let us into our room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too!

Good breakfast on the rooftop with great views.
It’s on a pedestrian street so if you need a drop off/pickup you must walk a block or so. Breakfast was good but only if you were lucky and they didn’t run out of things first. It would be nice to have more food prepped so that all options were available.

Great location, super helpful reception. We stayed on the 5th floor, the view was amazing on the castle and the pedestrian street. Elevator is quick, the roof top breakfast is an extra feeling. Safe place, close to public transportation.
Although the breakfast is great, but it is the same every day.
