The room was nice, it had everything you would need from a hotel. The breakfast was incredibly cute and romantic, we were positively surprised. The location - just perfect! In the very center, you can find literally anything within walking distance.

Great central location. Beautiful room, comfy beds. Staff was so kind and welcoming. They made us wonderful to go pack since we would miss breakfast in the morning.
Only bad thing I would say it was really warm in the room and the thermostat would not go down past a certain point to cool the room down as we slept.

The street the hotel is located on is pedestrian and very lively with lots of outdoor tables and businesses, and we almost missed the entrance which led to an unprepossessing lobby, but the welcome couldn't have been warmer and friendlier . Opening the door to the room was a treat. Although the room was small, the large windows gave the room a spacious feel and everything in the room was high quality - the table, the glasses, the small kitchenette and the bath. beautiful! Quality linens, drapery, carpet, good pillows and absolutely quiet. The location was perfect for us. The Cais das Colunas and beachfront was a block away, all the shopping for grandkids was within a few blocks, a pastel de nata shop was next to the hotel and the restauarant the desk recommended , Sebastaio, was one of the best meals of our trip. Topping off a great stay was one of the most memorable hotel breakfasts ever. Served on the roof (in our out) the coffee was excellent and the tray served to us at the table was a dream of a French 4 star breakfast. Tender fresh croissant, jams, butter, fruit, eggs, other pastries to choose. Elegantly served , delicious and amazing! We were handed a small wrapped gift as we checked out, a lovely soap. Our Lisbon stay was very busy and the Augusta House was a peaceful retreat. We felt pampered.

Hotel is very centrally located with really easy access from metro station Rossio. Eventhough it's on a busy street it's very well soundproofed. Very good breakfast is served on terrace or adjacent library. There is an option to order it to your room as well. Beds are really comfortable too.

Location was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good.
There was weird smell of mild sewage everytime we entered our room and before the air was turned on. The ventilation helped.
Needs brighter lighting.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast upstairs was very nice. Staff were very friendly.
Our room keys frequently did not work. The safe did not lock. The bathroom door and the shower door did not close all the way.

Super clean and great bedding. Great shower, too.
Right on the Main Street in the center of Lisbon. The windows/doors to the small veranda were new and very sound proof. That’s super important if you are staying in the heart of town.
The place was perfect.
