Large apartment, great location, great shower
The company handling the apartment were difficult to deal with. I asked six months in advance if an early check in could be accommodated as I was travelling with my elderly parents and two small children. I didn't get a response until a week before we checked in to which they said it was based on availability which turned out to be no.
There's also not an option for self check in so you have to call in advance to book a check in time.
The apartment, although large and spacious, is riddled with damp patches and the lighting is extremely dim.
On the day we had to check out, both lifts weren't working so we had to take all our luggage down 5 flights of stairs and had to do at least 3 trips.
The cleaners turned up at 10am when check out was stipulated at 11am but they did help with the luggage which was greatly appreciated.

The location
As a woman travelling on my own I didn't like that it was a man who checked me in and was in the apartment I was staying in to do the checkin, it made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this for any women travelling on their own. I live in Portugal and this put me on edge, I can only imagine what it would be like for someone outside portugal or even outside of Europe.

Location was fantastic.
Apartment was spacious enough for my family .Beds were comfortable. Paulo addressed all are issues promptly. He was simply amazing.

The washing machine had an issue but when informed Paulo he had it replaced. The toaster too was not working .
The 3rd bathroom was a powder bathroom .

Location is great, in front of bus station and 2mins away from UH (Metro), parkinh house is relatively cheap (7/day) and only 2 mins walk away. Shopping Mall (Vasco da Gama) is 2 mins away
We booked appartment with parking and this was not covered, not even resolved so we had to find our own solution. Bed for 3rd person was really not comfortable for that price of appartment. The entrance loby was smelly, not sure either due to the reataurant close by or the garbages.

it was clean, comfortable, and the beds/pillows were excellent. I had the best sleep on this trip.
The amenities were excellent as well!

The location is great, right near the parque das nacoes, near Oriente train station. The apartment had everything you would need, great equiped.
The furniture is a bit old, maybe the apartment could use a renovation. But all in all, it was really great.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean; has the basic appliances and the different details were well appreciated. The location is the best, close to metro, train, shopping center. I would definitely return to this place!
Maybe the AC would need some improvements. I wouldnt go during summer since the AC cools ok but might be inefficient during summertime.

The appartment was very spacious and clean, but I wouldn't expect less from an appartment that costs 300e per night
They took a deposit from me at checkin, which they hadn't told me about before, and which they gave back to me once they confirmwd the appartment was in good condition after checkout. They should inform about this in advance. Also, 300e/night is expensive so taking out a deposit in my opinion is not acceptable.

Agent met at property to turn over keys, go over appliances and access to parking. Bus stop is in front of building. Train station and subway are near by. Close to restaurants and shops. Apartment is modern and fully furnished with washer and dryer, a definite plus.
Far from Lisbon center. Took us over 45 minutes to get to city center by bus. Buses are crowded and unreliable (waiting time was 45 minutes). Over 20 minutes by subway with changes.
